Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:4:8(1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50 mtr and with all lift Add carriage of materials earth sand, lime, morrum manure or sludge for 1km.

Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in cement mortar 1:6 (1-Cement : 6- Sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

STONE MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTURE Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstucture above plinth level and upto five level wall above 30 cm thickness cement sand mortar 1:6 (1-Cement: 6- Sand)

Pillar Masonary :- Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstucture above plinth level and upto five level for square or rectangular pillers cement sand mortar 1:6 (1-Cement: 6- Sand)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 corse sand ) ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers ( if required ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement . M20 Grade Nominal Mix / design mix Providing M-25 grade concrete by using cement as per codal provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix Add extra for providing richer mixes respectively at all floor levels Providing M-25 grade concrete by using cement as per codal provision instead of M-20 grade design mix.
