PART-A-SUGAULI:Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Air Conditioners as per details given below and attached tender document:

Annual Maintenance Contract for 8.5T DPA 1983R1 Air Conditioner Unit, Make- Blue Star, Location : Co- Gen Control Room, as per attached detailed scope of work. The following terms and conditions shall apply: 1) All spare parts and consumables, including the compressor, shall be in the scope of HBL. 2) The detailed AMC schedule shall be as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract. 3) The contractor shall carry out 12 routine visits on a monthly basis during the contract period. 4) There shall be 12 Nos of routine visit on monthly basis. 5) The quoted AMC rate shall also include all breakdown or emergency visits, in addition to the 12 scheduled routine visits, at no extra cost.

Annual Maintenance Contract for 11T DSA 1321R1 Air Conditioner Unit, Make- Blue Star, Location : MCC-8, Instrument DCS & Co-gen C Room as per attached detailed scope of work. The following terms and conditions shall apply: 1) All spare parts and consumables, including the compressor, shall be in the scope of HBL. 2) The detailed AMC schedule shall be as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract. 3) The contractor shall carry out 12 routine visits on a monthly basis during the contract period. 4) There shall be 12 Nos of routine visit on monthly basis. 5) The quoted AMC rate shall also include all breakdown or emergency visits, in addition to the 12 scheduled routine visits, at no extra cost.

The following terms and conditions shall apply: 1) All spare parts and consumables, including the compressor, shall be in the scope of HBL. 2) The detailed AMC schedule shall be as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract. 3) The contractor shall carry out 12 routine visits on a monthly basis during the contract period. 4) There shall be 12 Nos of routine visit on monthly basis. 5) The quoted AMC rate shall also include all breakdown or emergency visits, in addition to the 12 scheduled routine visits, at no extra cost.
