Work of Short term Road and structures maintenance works and activities on Ferkuva chhotaudepur Bodeli Road NH 56 KM 356/905 to 377/305,km 388/000 to 405/305 and km 405/305 to 407/105 in the state of Gujarat.

Removal of rank vegetation/weeds and undesirable vegetation from shoulders, embankment slopes upto ROW (both sides) complete in all respects including breaking of clods, rough dressing and disposal of waste material and vegetation at a place outside ROW as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and as per Maintenance Standard Clause 3.3 (Frequency will be once in a quarter). a) Shoulders including side slopes ofembankment up to toe line on both sides of the carriageway. (Frequency of cleaning will be four times in a year; however limited to only areas prone to growth of rank/undesirable vegetation and weeds).

Applying Epoxy mortar over leached honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed stee reinforcement complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 2804 and as per approval of the Engineer.

Providing, Laying and compacting Granular Sub Base (GSB) with approved materials complete as perTechnical Specifications Clause 401 conforming to Grade III Item no. 4.1 B (III) as per approval of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing, laying and compacting Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) base course with approved materials complete as per Technical Specifications Clause no. 406 of MORTH

Providing, laying and compacting Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam complete as per technical SpecificaticClause no. 505 including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no.503 by VG 40 bitumen with 50 Mmthickness

Providing, laying and compacting Bituminous Concrete as per technical Specification Clause no. 50including tack coat as per Technical Specifications Clause no. 503 by VG 40 bitumen with 30 MM thickness

B.T. Surface Painting: Providing and applying surface painting on B.T. surface using bitumen emulsion at the rate of 5kg/ 10 sq.m. and flushing dust / sand at the rate of 0.06 cu.m. / 10 sq.m. as per MORT&H specification.

Supplying and fixing reinforced concrete heavy duty non-pressure pipes with collars for culverts carrying heavy traffic as per IS 458-1991 specifications including setting the pipes in C.M. 1:2 watering and laying (to level or slopes) of class NP3 of following internal daimeters.(iii) 600mm dia.
