Collection, supply and Filling with Stone Crusher Dust (Finer than 3mm HBG m/c) in layers by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS NO. 309 & 310) (RBR - F NDN - 2)

Supply and placing separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick under pavement slab including cost and conveyance etc., complete. As per SSR P25/177 (PH)

Plain Cement Concrete pavement M-30 (Grade) using 20 mm graded m/c metal with 43 grade OPC cement as per Clause 1501.2.2, using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, spreading the concrete and compacted using plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, curing of concrete for 21 - days as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. RBR-CCPV-5

Cutting the concrete pavement to a depth of 25mm and filling with Bituminous hot sealing compound at every 4.50mts interval including cost and conveyance of materials etc., complete at site of work. As per local rates

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal up to a lead of 50 mts dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specifications 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. (RBR-FNDN-1-A)

Carting of waste material with a initial lead up to 3.00 km including loading, unloading charges etc,. Complete.

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 MORTH. For Grading-III Material ( 9.5 to 4.75mm @ 66% and 2.36mm to Dust @ 34%) (CBR Value minimum 20) RBR-SBBS-2

Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) using 40 mm metal with concrete mixture using OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) including cost and conveyance of all necessary material, labour, curing for 7 days etc., complete. (BLD - CSTN - 2 - 5).
