Taking down the old unserviceable and high energy consuming HPSV/MH/4x14W Street Light fittings of any make or any capacity from the pole of 9/11 Mtr after disconnecting the electric connection carefully complete all as directed.

S&F energy efficient 45W LED street light fixtures with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 ºK and conforming to the degree of protection IP - 66 suitable for pole dia Ø 35/40 mm on existing poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F energy efficient 60W LED street light fixtures with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 ºK and conforming to the degree of protection IP - 66 suitable for pole dia Ø 35/40 mm on existing poles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED flood light fitting 50W with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 ºK and conforming to the degree of protection IP - 66 complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only old fittings after checking the serviceability and replacing the necessary unserviceable parts like CFL, Tube Rod, ignitor, choke, capacitor, lamps, wiring etc and reconnecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary parts like CFL, Tube Rod, ignitor, choke, capacitor, lamps will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The unit rate shall also include repairs to U/S wiring, Holder of any type and size, conductors at pole junction boxes / connecting from OH lines to light fittings, minor spares like, screws washers etc completely. Servicing, repair and fixing HPSV/MH/4x14W street light fittings of any make or any capacity taken down under Item Srl No. 1 above at another location carefully where required all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable post top lantern any type/size, supply and fixing 30W LED Post Top lantern with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover, high efficient LEDs and clear acrylic cover IP65 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade GI Pipe minimum 1.5 Mtr long including fixing with 02 Nos MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 40mm x 6 mm with nut bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out old defective cable form street light poles (Junction box to fitting) and supply and fix 4 Sqmm two core copper conductor multistranded including PVC conduit on poles or passing through steel or PVC conduit pipe 1100 volts grade with suitable cable lugs, clamps, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of high mast light including of oiling greasing of wire rope and driving motor complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with wiring from connector to high mast light with suitable size of twin core copper wire including replacement of unserviceable connector complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with wire rope of high mast light with clamp, nut & bolt including taking down high mast light with hydro machine complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with 20 Watt LED Bulb complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with PVC LT line separators 4/5 way, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with PVC LT line separators 2/3 way, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of PCC pole by erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats aluminium paint on surfaces, exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (Total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including with writing of pole No with letters/ figures of size not exc 30 mm with black paint on a yellow circle of dia 75 mm after painting, complete all as specified and directed. Painting to existing steel tubular LT poles/street light poles, 9 metres long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracing, clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surfaces above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing of pole No with letters/ figures of size not exc 30 mm with black paint on a yellow circle of dia 75 mm after painting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement with shackle type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green 75 mm high and 90 mm dia for conductor of working pressure 1100 volts including galvanised mild steel straps of 31 x 3mm size, 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hungers not more that 1m apart including 4mm dia suspension GI wire with stranded conductor 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular including taking down taking down old unserviceable cable and stacking at site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT XLPE cable of any type/any size and replacing of XLPE insulated electric power cables with 10 sqmm 2 core aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape (heavy duty) of rating 1100 volts grade in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixing to walls/poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT XLPE cable of any type/any size and replacing of XLPE insulated electric power cables with 16 sqmm 2 core aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape (heavy duty) of rating 1100 volts grade in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixing to walls/poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT XLPE cable of any type/any size and replacing of XLPE insulated electric power cables with 10 sqmm 4 core aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape (heavy duty) of rating 1100 volts grade in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixing to walls/poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable LT XLPE cable of any type/any size and replacing of XLPE insulated electric power cables with 16 sqmm 4 core aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape (heavy duty) of rating 1100 volts grade in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixing to walls/poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F timelite Distribution Board 32 Amp, 3 pole, 230 V, 50 Hz with Astronomical time switch according to IEC 60730-1 with text based programming concept. The time switch should be microprocessor based programmable having 2 channels and should work on the principle of daily calculations of sunrise and sunset calculations by programming the date, time and positioning coordinates (Longitude and Latitude).
