Supply of Elevated Omni directional LED type Medium Intensity Taxiway/apron edge light fittings suitable for operation at 6.6 A series circuit power supply complete with, Lens supporting mechanism, lens clamp mechanism, omni directional Blue lens, Central column assembly, Breakable Coupling, two pin secondary connecting lead with secondary connector including Base Plate with 06 nos stainless steel M-10 Bolt nuts with spring washer, Gasket and other accessories. Fitting and its accessories shall have not less than 50000 burning hrs and meeting ICAO/FAA requirements as per the tender specifications .

Supply of following sizes XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS:7098 Part-I with upto date amendments etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type LED Taxiway & Apron edge light fittings in the existing transformer housing box including secondary cable & connector of suitable length etc for connection with isolating transformer complete as per site requirement and as decided by E-I-C.

Dismantling of the existing elevated type MIRL/HIRL light fitting of all types i/c isolating transformers & existing transformer housing box including disconnection of transformer and all connections, shifting to the store

Dismantling of helogen type old fitting & re-installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type LED Taxiway & Apron edge light fittings in the existing transformer housing box including necessary modification for fitting installation with existing transformer housing box, isolating transformer and necessary connection with secondary cable of suitable length, ESNA connection etc. complete as per site requirement and as decided by E-I-C.

Supply & making field connections by crimping 6 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with existing 6 Sq.mm single core copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying HT tape over PVC tape etc as required. (A set shall consist of one male and one female connector).

Providing & laying of 110 mm OD with minimum wall thickness 5.90mm , PN 6 PE 80/100 HDPE pipe(IS:4984-2016 marked ) with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 6 mtrs below ground level for Taxi/runway/road crossing as required in all type soil including suitable size PP rope, etc. complete in all respect as required.

Providing & laying of 50 mm OD with minimum wall thickness 2.4 mm , PN 6 PE-80/100 HDPE pipe(IS:4984-2016 marked ) with HDD trenchless method direct in ground (upto 5 mtrs below ground level for Taxi/runway/road crossing as required in all type soil including suitable size PP rope, etc. complete in all respect as required.

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) sizes DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 16205 PART 24 (formerly known as IS 14930 Part II) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation & refilling the trench with same excavated earth.

Supply and Laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205 PART 24 (formerly known as IS 14930 Part II) complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Supply and Laying of 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal) sizes DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked conforming to IS 16205 PART 24 (formerly known as IS 14930 Part II) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation & refilling the trench with same excavated earth.

SITC of cubical type totally enclosed outdoor feeder pillar, powder coated, dust and vermin proof of size 400mm(H) X 500MM(W)X300MM(D) suitable for 2 X 25 SQ.MMM., 5 KV AFL cable fabricated from CRCA sheet of 2mm thick complete with suitable rating 2 nos aluminum busbar fitted on a suitable size porcelain insulator, hinged front door with locking arrangement, suitable size MS angle iron stand of height 400 mm with breakable coupling legs. job also includes the PCC foundation work for feeder pillar etc. Complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of indoor Electrical LT Panel cubicle type, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet and 3 mm thick gland plate with top cable entry, 100x50 x5 mm suitable MS channels frame in the bottom/ legs for grouting etc totally enclosed IP 42, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalized with concealed hinged lockable doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with TPN busbars including internal control wiring with minimum 2.5 sqmm size FRLS PVC insulated flexible wires/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated painting etc. as per technical specifications including following switchgears, metering instruments and accessories in the Panel as per the approved drawing. Other Accessories There shall be electrical & mechanical interlocking between incomers & bus coupler, each switchgear shall be provided with extended rotary handle and phase spreader terminals. Panel shall be provided with 50x6 mm AL common continuous Earth bus at the rear with 2Nos. earth stud, Solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears of required size AL bus bars & any other accessories etc as required. Panel shall be provided with sufficient ventilation fans with louvers for proper cooling of the panel.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Guidance Sign Board of various size as per ICAO standards (Legend as approved by Engineer-In-Charge ) made out of aluminum profile structure, panel shall be made of 2mm thick powder coated aluminum sheet, 4mm polycarbonate sheet with glare free face having minimum width 150 mm and suitable no. of supports at back by 50 mm dia (Nominal Size) die cast aluminum / GI Pipe frangible coupling as per latest ICAO/FAA requirement at separation along with provision of suitable PCC foundation as required. Light source shall be high lumen with 50000 hrs life,0.5 Watts LED's (Make: Osram/ cree/ nichia/ lumileds/ philips) assembled on aluminum PCB of size 700mm X 20mm and having 11 LED's per PCB for boards. The thickness of the aluminum PCB should be 2mm in order to ensure proper heat dissipation. These aluminum PCB's should be placed not more than 160mm apart across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board. Each board of length 800mm to 1500 mm should be illuminated by single converter single isolating transformer & above 1500 mm should be illuminated by double converter & double isolating transformer of suitable capacity. Board illumination shall be uniform(constant) with the variable input current from 2.8 to 6.6 A. The letter and symbol should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self adhesive film of 3M applied on the inside face with required colouring. Suitable arrangement shall be made for water tight, dust proof and locking arrangement i/c all other accessories, secondary leads, suitable convertor to constant current series system & converter shall able to operate on either any one ckt with two inputs from double series ckts . , nut bolt , cable connections etc as required etc. Installation includes the cement concrete of 1:2:4 grade foundation of size 400x400x500 mm ( For each leg) and total base of 150 mm thick which extended all around the board with a distance of 1500 mm ( front, back & both sides ). The concrete base leg foundation shall be on the same level and 20-25mm above the ground level.

Supply and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5 x 240 Sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia. GI wire in 15 mm dia. GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with GI thimble excavation and refilling etc. as required

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia. GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with the existing cable on surface/recessed/in cable trench or in pipes etc. complete as required.

Construction of cable chamber of inner size 900mm(L) x900mm(W) x900mm(D) which includes excavation and disposal of excavated in all kinds of soil earth lead upto 50 m and providing & laying of 100 mm cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) grade at the bottom of the chamber and Brick work with common burnt clay bricks at foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with 12 mm cement plaster finished with neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand). Chamber shall be provided drain pipe in the bottom and cover of chamber size chequer plate of 8mm thick with MS Angle frame made of 50x50x5mm and shall be provided with lifting hooks as required.

Dismantling , Shifting and reinstallation of existing wind direction Indicator of minimum 5 Mtr height MS pole, complete with rotating drum, with tillable mounting arrangement for maintenance, LED Aviation Obstruction Light etc. excluding foundation work, complete as required as per site condition.

Dismantling , Shifting and reinstallation of frangible & illuminated type Landing direction (Landing H) indicator with LED lamps, provision for illumination arrangement, confirming to ICAO standard and suitable to operate on 230V, 50Hz AC power supply, including necessary electrical works such as installation of Control Box, Contactors, MCB, internal wiring etc complete as required but excluding foundation work

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PC based Touch- Screen LCD type remote control panel cum display unit (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System,ALCMS), type L 890'BB" as per the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 150/5345-56B (current edition) and additional circular/ mechanisms/ interfaces at control tower suitable for remote operation of constant current regulators of GLF Circuits, Apron Flood Light Towers, Landing T and Wind cone etc.including all hardware's, software's, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the system inline with the scope of work details of equipments,equipment specifications,performance criteria. as conforming to the tender specifications. Two vault processor shall be provided both running in parallel for redundancy in opertaions.
