Supplying, conveyance & delivery ,handling, loading - unloading, storing, setting,jointing, laying etc. testing of HDPE pipes PN10/ PN8, PE100 of IS 4984-2016 of Diametre 200 mm to 1000 mm at required depth,slope as per Design,Drawing provided by the Agency for Pumping Main / Distribution Main by HDD method with Mechanical Diviceces and Machineries ( HDD Machine capacity 60-160 Ton ) required for Trenchless Pipe laying for crossing River/ Water Bodies/Canals/ NH in all kinds of soil except rock including cleaning and restoration the sites in all respect with plant, labour and materials all complete as per specification ,drawing and direction of EIC. The rates are exclusive of all relevant taxes such GST,CESS & others as applicable. But The rates are inclusive of the cost of shifting of Electric Poles, Telephone Poles, underground pipes and cables of Electric and telephones etc. dismantling, shifting and reinstallation of any permanent or temporary structures which will come accross and alignment of HDD operation. i) Manufacturer's Test Certificate for HDPE Pipes to be produced before supply. ii) 3rd Party Inspection for HDPE Pipes to be done by CEIPT/ SGS / NTH Kolkata or as per direction of EIC. HDPE pipes to be supplied from approved Vendor list of WBPHED . iii) The custodian of the pipe materials will be the Agency concern. On event of any theft, lose or damage of the pipe materiel supplied, the cost of such material should be recovered fothwith from the bill of the concerned Agency.
