SCHEDULE 'A'

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in sunken floor complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required for floors and sides of wall in sunken floors NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seprately in respective item of this schedule.

M&L for applying one coat of NITTO proof to sides and bottom of floors to sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed

S & F Polythene film, black 50 micron thick laid in floors complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) 40 mm thick as in sub base to receive tiles.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and including 15mm screed bed or bedding layer in 1:4 CM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding the edges and polishing and including over screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on stone wall incl racking out joints, hackin for key scrubbing with water etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified

S&F for factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2mm).
