OD58448/2026-2027:Supply erection testing and commissioning of KWA pre qualified reputed make Vertical split case/Multistage VT pump set with duty condition 56 lps and head 83 m with min 70% efficiency with bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft , CI casing, SS/Bronze shaft sleeves with suitable type base plate ,coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts & nuts etc... complete supported by anti friction bearing, providing suitable concrete foundation Including cost of cement , sand and metal etc... complete ,Impeller - Bronze LTB 2, Pump Shaft – Stainless steel ,( Positive Suction), Supplying,<br>Kirloskar / Crompton / BHEL / Marathon / Alstom/equivalent KWA approved make Horizontal Foot<br>mounted , TEFC ,squirrel cage induction motor with effciency class IE2 or higher suitable for direct<br>coupling with the above pump with speed RPM or nearest capable to operate on voltage of 440 Volt (+/-<br>10%) 50HZ , (+/-3%) AC 3 phase, 50 degree Amp, tem, rise, class F insulation, with all standard<br>specifications conforming to relevant IS and IE rules, motor efficiency more than 90% (Motor shall be<br>energy efficient and supporting certificates to be submitted to prove IE2 or IE3). Supply, erection, testing<br>and commissioning of VFD starter with powder coated 14SWG thick steel sheath<br>dust and vermin proof floor mounted control cubical enclosure associated with in/out cable entry boxes<br>for accomodating the following parameters for controlling functions of the fully automatic starter, suitable<br>for above motor . The starter must contain all relevent protections like Overload/undervoltage/single<br>phasing /phase reversal etc with suitable motor protection relay of reputed make, indicating lamps for<br>each phase & trip , 3 Nos Ammeter , 1 No Voltmeter with selector switch , Incoming MCCB with rotory<br>handle, air cooled contractors, electronic timers of reputed make. Supply of suitable dust and vermin<br>proof cubical type common control panel with 14swg sheathed and powder coated CRCA sheet<br>consisting of suitable rating MCCBs with rotory handle and trip facility for one incomer and 2 Nos<br>outgoing as per IE & EI standards , CT operated Voltmeter, Ammeter with selector awitch (one for<br>incoming and for each outgoing),kWh meter (for each outgoing),PF meter, pilot lamps, toggle swtches,<br>Necesaary bus bar arrangements, mechanical/electrical interlock for operating one pumpset only at a<br>time. Supply of reputed make ISI marked capcacitor conforming to IS 2834 (relevant IS) suitable for<br>above motors with capacitor duty contactors/isolators for working with unity power factor. Supply of<br>suitable size best quality ISI marked heavy duty D/F sluice valve PN 1.6 as per IS 14846 with CI Body ,Br<br>LTB2 Rings , SS410 Spindle, Br LTB2 stem Nut for suctionand deliveryof each pumpsets & Non Return<br>valve as per IS 5312 ,PN 1.6 with Body CI , SS410 Hinge pin, Br LTB2 Body ring suitable for delivery of<br>each pumpsets. Supply reputed make 150mm dia Glycerine filled pressure gauge with Regulator cock<br>and all accessories suitable for the each pumpset. Supply of suitable size 3.5 C XLPE armored Aluminum<br>conductor cable for each set conforming to relevant IS for giving power connection from MSB to SSB ,<br>SSB to starter, starter to motor, capacitor etc. complete as per standards including end termination materials as per IE rules and EI regulations layed over cable trays / through cable trench. Supply and providing suitable sized copper conductor with required materials for earthing the motor, starter, capacitor etc... as per IE rules. Providing plate earthling using suitable sized Galvanized CI earth plate buried against at a depth of 12.00m from ground level with alternate layers at charcoal and salt including supplying fixing at 3000 mm dia. perforated GI pipe funnel for water purpose etc... as per IE rules. Erection of the motor pump set, starter panel boards, capacitors etc... on suitable concrete foundation giving power connecting cables from panel board to starters, starter to motor, capacitors, providing end termination, earthing of equipment supply & fitting necessary 8mm thick MS pipes and specials to connect the delivery of pump set to the header pipe by necessary interconnection and fabrication etc... including 1 No Dismantling joint at suction and delivery of each pump set . complete taking trial run to the satisfaction of department officers including any other works and cost of materials required for the commissioning of the motor pump set as per standards. The warranty of all the above said equipment's and accessories shall be 2 years
