Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 20mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks i/c hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant or reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer – in – Charge for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respect. Note: - The quantity of reclaimed material shall be considered minimum 80% of theoretical volume. The reclaimed material shall be used 30% of total quantity of BM tem No. 11 as per clause No.519 of MoRT&H specifications.

Dismantling of existing CC block pavement including transporting and stacking usable block along road side and dispose unusable blocks outside PWD land or desired by Engineer. (NS)

Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 mix (HSR 8.6 (d)) and disposal of waste material with all lead and lifts as desired by Engineer in Charge.

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth. Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throwupto 2 metres, and an average vertical lift upto 0.5 metre including breaking of clods. Excavated earth may be reused on berms and disposed off surplus earth with all lead and lift including dressing complete in territorial as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge will be incidental to work and noting will be paid. (NS)

Preparation of sub grade, including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed. (HSR 24.1) Note :- In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage –cum – filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & laying 150/225/300mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Note: - 1. Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (S.S grade - I) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per MoRT&H specification for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects as per clause No. 502. (N.S.)

Providing and laying first coat surface dressing, including rolling with road roller etc. complete including cost of bitumen VG-10 grade using aggregate 13mm nominal size 1.00 cum and bitumen VG-10, 0.10 MT per hundred square metre. Clause 509 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013. (N.S.)

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No. 503 (5th edition) 2013 of MoRT&H specification. (NS)

Providing & Laying 50mm BM using the reclaimed material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity, hauling and stockpiling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, with appropriate arrangement for use of R.A.P., transporting and laying at site with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and thickness with appropriate rollers all as specified in clause 519 (5th revision) of 2013 using bitumen VG-30. (minimum Bitumen’s 3.40% i/c bitumen of retrieved material as per job mix formula). The milled material to be used in BM shall be minimum 80% of the theoretical quantity. Note:- If bitumen required more than 3.40% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti-stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. Note:- Before laying of BM on existing black top all cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification (5th edition) clause No. 3004.3. which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2 and 3004.3.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for fog seal / or crack filling / or patch work but no payment on this account shall be made as fog seal / or crack filling / or patch work is / are incidental to work.

Providing and Laying 50 mm thick Compacted bituminous macadam in (BM) in one layer by 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant and paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade as per clause No. 504 table No. 500-4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of 2013 using minimum 3.4 % bitumen grade VG-30 as binder content by weight of total mix, complete in all respects i/c cost of bitumen, instruction issued from time to time by MoRT&H regarding machinery & bitumen will be followed strictly. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification in mandatory. If bitumen required on this account is more than 3.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from drum type Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect, i /c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS) Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti-stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. Providing & laying “B” Type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to to achieve specified / desirable value of compaction as direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013. (NS)

Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks ISI marked (IS Code: 15658:2006) of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 as per IRC:SP:63-2004, over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159)

Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M ) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320 Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position on end edging of interlocking paver blocks on both sides.

Relaying old CC blocks over 25 mm thick fine sand including transportation from road side where stacked excluding cost of CC blocks and complete in all respect as per specifications (NS).

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 metres. Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift and including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT at Section -9. Note :- No earth will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R / ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Providing & Marking center line / side line 2.5mm thick (minimum) with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint 10 cms wide / 15 cm wide complete in all respect such as furnishing all labour, materials, tools equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out in work at site confirming to the technical specification as clause No. 803 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th revision) of 2013 / Latest edition. Each container of the thermoplastic material shall have the name trademark or other means of identification of manufacturer, batch number, date of manufacture color maximum application temperature and maximum heating temperature. The thermoplastic paint material shall be of Asian Paint- Apcomark / Berger– Sigmarc / Prismo. The glass beads shall be of Potters / Sovitec / Fleolite. The thermoplastic material shall be sampled and tested in accordance with appropriate ASTM/BS method. The contractor shall furnish to the Engineer – in – Charge a copy of certified test reports from the manufacturer of the thermoplastic material meet all requirement of the specifications. The reflector zing glass beads shall meet the requirement of clause 803.4.2 and test methods mentioned in clause 803.4.2.4 shall be meticulously followed. The minimum thickness specified is exclusive of surface of glass beads the method of thickness measurement shall be in accordance with appendix B and C of BS :3262 (part -3). Note :- Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch number, manufacturing date of the material to be used along with a photocopy of bill duly signed by the contractor and get approved the same from Engineer – In – Charge before use.

Providing and laying 225 mm cement concrete of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ minimum 360 Kg. per cum, coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, panel size 2.75 mtr. x 3.5 mtr., Dowel Bars 400mm long M.S. 32mm dia @ 300mm C/C, tie bars – 640mm deformed bars, 12mm dia @ 720mm C/C, and MoRT&H specification No.602. 5th edition 2013 (NS) Note: - Minimum cement content for this item will be 360 Kg. per cum of concrete as per approved job mix formula. If the cement content is more than 360 Kg / cum, then the extra cement will be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Providing & erecting OVERHEAD SIGNS gantry supported by M. S. Pipe Structure (MS Pipe should be of TATA/Sail/Jindal/RINL make only) complete as per drawings, Technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge including painting with red oxide primer and first quality synthetic enamel paint, construction of R.C.C. foundation for providing of M.S. Tubular structure for Cantilever signage at given site as per drawing enclosed. The C.C. mix to be in ratio of 1:1½:3 (RCC 1:1½:3) and that of lean to be ratio of 1:3:6 the work will be carried out as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: - Foundation including reinforcement etc. as per Drawing. Cantilever Over head Sign gantry. (r-Type) frame/truss Size - 2.44 m x 1.22 m. Note :- This item is excluding sign boards which will be payable extra as per item No. 34

Pavement marker (Cat Eyes) double Molded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The Height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 + /- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as 3 M etc.)

Providing & fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC79: 1981 of size 900 x 300 mm with back support of M. S. angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm and post of 50 x 50 x 5 mm, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite. Material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides. (of reputed make such as Array Dennison/3M)

Providing and fixing RCC village Boards 1.85x0.90x0.075mtr with CC 1:1½:3 with minimum 16 kg. reinforcement finished with 6mm thick Cement morter plaster 1:4 including loading, un-loading, carriage at site of work, fixing in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 pedestal of size 60 cm x 145 cm x 70 cm with minimum 55 cm embedment as approved by Engineer – in – charge excluding painting and lettering.
