Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of motors of capacity 60Hp each using appropriate means of transport viz., Tata mobile up to a lead of 40Km per trip.
Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement by skilled workers.
Impregnation by way of cleaning of stator with required chemical acetone, Varnishing, and drying of stator windings of LT motors with standard quality metallic varnish (Becks or any other reputed make) along with proper tapings, etc. as per requirement of motors. Drying of windings complete.
Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
