MOTORIZED BLEEDING & DRESSING LINE WITH HIDE –PULLER: 22 – 25 Meter The bleeding and dressing conveyor system shall be of flat rail type driven by an electric motor having variable speed control device. Total structure will be hot dip galvanized except chain. The bleed line is having 100 x 12 mm flat rail and dressing line will have 75 x 12 mm flat rail. All support of the flat rail should be 12 mm thick with 200 x 100 mm as the main support. It will be provided with VFD control system. Hide puller consist of two platforms and a rotary drum, the whole assembly goes down by pneumatic system, the drum motion is controlled by low voltage electric controls.
