PART-I:- Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of exiting treatment of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including cleaning by brooming down or with steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulded moss and efflorescent salts and cleaning oil and greasy spots and cleaning with water on walls and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade two coats @ 1.67 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 sqm, using mechanical means like roller or spray gun or manual, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Cleaning of the bushes/unwanted weeds, plants etc. or any rubbish material found along the security/boundary line of defence land upto 1m width for periodical services to walls and removing the material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 08 above but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 07 shall be reused.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No 10 above but except stone, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Servicable stone retrieved from Serial Item No 07 shall be reused.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or stone masonry surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, including Removal of surplus soil to be distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel angle iron work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, all as specified. Note:- Unite rate is also included locking holes after fixing of barbed wire and welding to bent portion.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only Chain link hot dipped galvanisd fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, C-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sub base flooring, finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, M-15, type B-0 with 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal mix), type B-1, (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)in rough finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for roughly finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 5 to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast reinforced cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring existing barbed wire any description including making good stapples etc, with mild steel binding wire (wherever required), complete all as specified and directed.
