Providing, laying, spreading & compaction of stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with power roller 8-10 tonn in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming requisitet ype of screening / binding materials to fill up the intristices of coarse aggregates,watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges lighting, guarding & barricatings, &maintenance of diversions etc.[Grading of no-3] (22.4 - 53 mm size).
Tack coat using VG-10 grade bitumen:- Over dry and hungry bituminous surfaces @0.40 kg/sqm
20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder:- Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - I By Manual Means:- Bitumen (VG-10)
Seal Coat:- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 Note: Case - II : Type B:- Bitumen (VG-10)
Clearance of land slides (Slip Clearance):- Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Maintenance of Drains:- The maintenance of drains include erosion, repair, clearing, cleaning, reshaping, regrading, deepening of side drains as well as catch water drains as per technical specification Clause 1907.
