Design, Supply, installation, erection, testing & commissioning & of Multi level Mechanised Car Parking System with latest technology to accommodate for a total number of 300 (minimum) cars & 220 (minimum ) bike parking with suitable steel / RCC structure frame work, Independent motorized pallet having up/down movement with electro-mechanical technology which can take the load of 2000 kg. Capacity complete with PLC and electrical installation etc.as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge. The system shall be designed to accommodate cars of size 5200 mm length and 2250 mm width and height 2100mm (SUV) in ground floor, cars of 5200 mm length 2250 width and 1800 mm height in Upper floors , with average retrieval/parking time not more than 180 seconds.Including parking management system and accessories (Boom barrier and CCTV surveillance cameras), Including Foundation ,Retaining wall and all Civil , PHE and MEP works etc complete as per technical specification, scope of work mentioned in RFP and directions of Engineer in charge.
