Thorough Servicing charges of 125KVA D.G. Set [Genset Model No. CJ 125D5 P, Genset Serial No. CJGS 17024555 Engine Serial No.: 84364517, Alternator Serial No.: N16L528109] after dismantling the whole D.G. Set and replacing the damaged/ non functional spare parts and reassembling the D.G. Set including replace ment of old mobil by new one, replace ment of old coolant by new one and by company professionals as per direction of E.I.C. including testing the Set. this item includes 02 no of servicing with replacement of old mobil by new one two times in a year.

Service charges for maintenance of above DG set including attending monthly servicing, checking, attending un limited breakdown call as and when required within 2 hours from call- Details Scope of work allatched with BOQ lant and distled water in radiator, cleading canopy of DG set, checking battery terminals, lead/link connections in AMF panel, replacement of minor spare parts, relays, socketing, indicating lamp, fuse etc. all by company professionals.

Supply and pouring diesel oil for running the above mentioned 125kVA DG set throughout the year including carrying charges of fuel from nearest filling station to the site [Fuel consumpsion considering 75% loading with radiator and fan* (litre/hr) is 22.5 ltr/Hrcompany certified. for 130 hrs of running in a year. 22.5 ltr/hr X 130 hrs of running = 2925 ltr]

Detailed Scope of Work(AMC of DG set): The following are the type of preventive services which shall be provided by the vendor.

General:

Scheduled Scope B & C checks maintenance as per maintenance norms. Scheduled/Preventive Maintenance Visits as agreed in the contract. 12 visits in one years.

General Engine Performance Checks:

Diagnosis of faults

Recording in the log books for visits made, work done, updating of next preventive maintenance check, visit dates, hours and due on etc.

Lube System

Engine Oil Replacement in B & C Checks

Checking for proper functioning of sensors and safety controls in terms of checking the connections and terminals and visual inspections 2.3.Checking of lube oil pressure

Air System and Exhaust

Cleaning of air filters and changing them if required.

Checking for proper condition of Hoses and Clamps

Checking for proper condition of vacuum Indicator

Checking of any Exhaust leakages

Checking visually the exhaust smoke (Level/colour)

Checking of Rain Caps

Cooling System

Checking and adjustment of belt tension, fan and water pump belt]

Checking of coolant concentration and top up if required.

Checking of radiator cap/Raw Water Strainer Where Provision is available

Checking the condition of Hoses and Clamps

Checking for the proper functioning of sensors and safety controls by checking the connections and terminals and visual inspection

Any visible coolant leakages to be arrested - the hoses/clamps/any part as required doing so as arranged by DTG/BHEL

Fuel System

Checking of the condition of Hoses and Clamps

Checking for any fuel leakage and arresting them

Checking of the fuel tank Breather

Draining of water from water separator fuel tank (as applicable)

Checking of fuel level indicators

Engine controls and Starting System

Checking of wire connections and proper functioning of self-starter

Checking of wire connections and proper function of charging alternator/charger

Checking for proper functioning of the instruments on the dash board/PCC

Checking Battery water level and top up if required.

Base Alternator

General cleaning of alternator with a hand blower once in a year

Checking of the wiring system for any loose and dry connections

AVR- Adjustment, if required and Tightening of terminals

Miscellaneous.

Checking battery charger, replace fuse
