CARRY OUT ESSENTIAL REPAIRS INCLUDINGDRY DOCKING EMERGENCY AND OPERATIONAL REPAIRS DURING DRY DOCKING OF HARBOUR CRAFT-546

H-037 : Abnormal noise and vibration observed from the Stbd shafting system. Diving check was carried out and following observed:- (a) Locking nut found deteriorated and protective covering perished. (b) ‘A’ bracket bearing housing suspected to be deformed. (c) Stbd propeller blade found corroded. Defect to be rectified and performance of harbour craft to be proved during harbour/sea trials. In way job includes hoisting of harbour craft (NRT 16.7 tons) over the cradle, undertaking necessary repair works through de-gutting, welding alignment etc. Arrangement of yard services like crane alongside berth lifting slings and eye bolts, power supply and allied services etc. Arrangement of IRS class. All spares CG supply, materials yard supply. Cradle for dock CG supply.
