Dismantling of 250kVA transformer(Cu wound) by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 250kVA transformer using appropriate means of transport like Truck upto a lead of 20Km.

Providing and fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including allied such as varnish and labour, drying, etc., (HV).

Providing / Fitting of SRBP Tube(Synthetic Rubber Bonded Paper)

Providing and filling of fresh T. oil of standard grade.

Complete assembling of 250kvA transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets, insulators, etc. Refilling of t.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Deduction of cost of old deteriorated T. oil to be retained by the contracting agency.

Deduction of Cost of scrap windings (Copper) to be retained by the contracting agency.
