Excavation over areas not exc n exc 1.5mts in depth for foundations and gettingout in hard/dense soil all as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exc 1.50mts but not exc 3.00mts all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms all as directed.

Removing excavated soil material to a distance n. Exc 50mts and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5mts all as directed.

M & L Cement concrete type D2(1:4:8) (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations all as directed.

S & F Fly ash Brick Masonry straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as directed.

M & L for TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to lengh and bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(anneled) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 7.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

M & L for RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings and foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc and mass concrete all as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in beams,cantileavers, lintels over 1.5mts span all as directed.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick with WPC over 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces or fair face of brick work or PCC block masonry in CM 1:4 finishing the surfaces fair and even

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of walls over alkali resitant primer & applying two coats of cement base paint.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material in patched n exc 10 Sqm for 15mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement in pathes n exc 15RM from rust from the reinforcing bars of dia upto 12mm to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for mixing and applying SBR polymer modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) 15mm average thickness in three layers as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge Note: Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls and applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry, finished with flush pointing in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for vitrified tiles, double charged, first quality for skirting cut from tiles of size 600x600mm, 9 to 10mm thick, to suit the size of floor tile, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Dismantling of stone slab or tiles of any description in floors, aprons etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.
