Description _Utility Works
RCC Foundation for Lighting Pole including shuttering works and reinforcement (unit in cubic meter). Foundation: adequate size M20 grade RCC foundation with Raft including excavation shall be done by the contractor. Contractor/Pole manufacturer shall submit design calculation in support of size of RCC foundation for external lighting poles for approval.
Supply, Erection, Testing and commissiong of 7 meter height decorative differential height Conical tapered type Lighting pole. Dimension of conical type lighting pole: bottom dia of the pipe shall be 146 mm and top dia of 76 mm and minimum not less than 2.5mm-3mm thick with single section height of 7000 mm.Pole shall be mounted on square base plate , suitable for mounting on 4 nos foundation bolts. The base plate dimensions shall be 240x240x14mm. The Pole Shaft/pipe should be fabricated out of Steel tube of grade YST 210/240. The pole shaft and base plate shall be hot dip galvanized (7stage process) as per IS 2629 having minimum average DFT of 65microns before the coating of epoxy primer. Complete pole shall be treated with high quality epoxy zinc rich penetrating primer 45 microns(2 coats of primer) and thereafter coated with Polyurethane paint (to minimum average DFT of 70 microns). Steel of grade YSt 210 /240 to IS 4923:1997 in galvanized condition to be used for manufacturing conical hollow sections. Steel used for manufacturing base plate is of Grade E250 to IS 2062:2011 in galvanized condition and foundation bolt is of Grade 5.6 in galvanized condition.. The pole shall include 4 Nos. of hot dip galvanized M20 x 500mm foundation bolts. The weather proof control gear tray shall be prewired with 2.5 sq. mm cable, Siemens / Crabtree / equivalant MCB, terminal connectors for loop-in loop-out arrangement suitable of terminating aluminium armoured cables up to 25 Sq.m size. The pole shall be of ‘composite’ construction designed to ‘wind load’ corresponding to a basic wind speed of 50 m/sec without any deformation or damage to the structure. Hot dip galvanised bracket of 1000mm length at height of 6.4mtr & lower bracket having length of 500mm at height of 5mtr, tightned with stainless steel grub screws to the pole for mounting luminaire. The entire system should be hot dip galvanised. The pole shall be integrated with LED module of 60W and 40W. The luminaire shall have an Integral power supply along with an earth connection and 10KV surge protection. - Luminaire shall be pre-wired. The pole shall be with foundation bolt, fittings, internal cabling, painting and printing of KMRL logo on Poles by consultation with KMRL.Pole shall include a support structures of advertisement board and Dimension of support structure 500mmx500mmx1000mm. The support structures of advertisment board shall adjustable type. The LED luminaire shall meet the following details. BIS certified with a luminaire body made of spun aluminium, permanently sealed optical block (IP66) with heat sink and a PMMA clear protector (IK07) fitted with a VentPlug pressure equalisation unit, fixed onto a hinged spun aluminium frame, control gear compartment accessed by opening clamps for tool free access.Highly efficient temperature resistant lenses for asymmetric light distribution with several optical options providing excellent photometry to optimally cater to different applications, suitable for suspended mounting. System Lumens: Min 7000 Lumens for 60 w and 4000 lumens for 40 W, Luminaire Efficacy: 130 Lumen/Watt or above , CCT: 4000K, CRI: >70,a driver with surge protection of 10/10 kv, THD<=15%, PF:>=0.95 with BIS certified potted driver having internal surge protection of 4/4 kV and an additional surge protection device (SPD) of 10/10 kV Life Span: 50000 Hrs, Degree of Protection for LED module and Driver shall be minimum IP66 rating (Refer Annexure-IX for drawing)

Pole has a built-in control box with service door including lock and safety chain. Dimension of highmast lighting pole Bottom dia 360mm , Top dia 150mm and 3 mm thick and height of 16000 mm. Cross section of High mast shall be 20 side Polygon. Pole shall be coated with epoxy zinc phosphate primer of 40 microns and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint of 40 microns. Pole with base plate GI of dimension 520mm x520mm x 25mm thick. Wind speed consideration in pole design shall be minimum 150 m/sec as per IS :875(Part III). Steel of grade YSt 210 to IS 4923:1997 in galvanized condition to be used for manufacturing hollow sections. Steel used for manufacturing base plate is of Grade E250 to IS 2062:2011 in galvanized condition and foundation bolt is of Grade 5.6 in galvanized condition. Pole is hot dip galvanized to 80 microns to IS 2629:1985 / IS 4759:1996 / IS 2633:1986. The pole shall include 6 Nos. of hot dip galvanized TS 600x24mm dia x 850mm long foundation bolts. The weather proof control gear tray shall be prewired with 5 core x2.5 sq. mm copper cable, Siemens / Crabtree / equivalant MCB, terminal connectors for loop-in loop-out arrangement suitable of terminating aluminium armoured cables up to 25 Sq.m size. i) Luminaires carraige: Construction material of luminaires shall be 50NB ERW class B MS pipe. Diamter of carraige ring shallbe 535mm(ID) with 6 arm welded with two sections. Minimum laod carrying capacity shall be 12 luminaire. ii) Winch/powertool : Winch type shall be double drum and SWL 350kg. 1HP capacity motor with 6 pole single speed and Integral motor operation. Street light Management System Software: Development, Installation, testing, implementation and integration of Street light Management System (LMS). Lighting Control System should be deployed to manage the entire Street Lighting System under the scope of the project. The solution should be provided as a SaaS model. Fool proof communication is to be provided between luminaire and Light Management System (LMS). This could be using any or multiple form of communication networks, like LoRa, RF, GSM, etc. All group controls should have redundant communication system. System should exercise complete control over the streetlights and thus be able to monitor their functions / operations such as Scheduling, controlling Dimming, etc.The item covers all the necessary hardware and software required for the interface of LMS with the command and control centre as per the technical specification requirements.
