Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminious macadam surfaces in areas not exc 400 sqm, depth exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm

M & L for 150 mm thick (complete thickness) WBM in two layers each 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse agg (granite trap or basalt) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled with 8 to 10 ton power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 above but except material

M & L for Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered,including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured)

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat RS1 grade cationic emulsion @7.5 Kg/10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer over prepared surface of WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber and gradient complete and rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat RS1 grade cationic emulsion @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm using mechanical sprayer over prepared surface of black top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of Paving bitumen content by wieght of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolled with mechanical paver of power exc 8 ton n exc 12 ton

M&L for providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of delineators post of size 60 cm long, made out of 50 mm MS Pipe of 16 gauge, painted with stove enammelled black paint and 03 nos of retro reflective high intensity grade sheeting in white/red/yellow colours each size 100x75 mm bounded on it and delineators post covered with 30 cm long MS wire case fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 bed of size 150x150x300 mm complete all as specified and directed Make: Dark eye/Alexis/SN Industries/Safety Pro Inc/Shital Signs Pvt Ltd

M&L hard core of gauge n'exc 63 mm of broken boulder below Path complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M & L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 using 40mm gradded agg as in bedding of foothpath complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge

M&L for for sand cushioning layer 40m thick over sub base for fixing of interlocking tiles spread levelled to reqd level complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block gloosy fineshed laid over sand cushioning layer of 40mm thick of any shape and design complete all as specified and directed. size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-30 Grade. NOTE -(Sand cushioning layer will be measured and paid seperately )

M&L for preparation of kerb stone over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective/imformatory Cautionary /warning sign boards of any size and shape as directed with support length of 3650 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S.angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
