(a) Review of electricity Bill:- (i) Review of present electrical distribution like single line Diagram (SLD), transformer loading electricity distribution in various area/floors etc. (ii) Study of Reactive Power Management and option for power factor improvement. (iii) Exploring the Energy Conservation Options (ENCON). (b) Transformer and electrical distribution system:- (i) Quantification of Transformer losses. (ii) Optimizing the load factor & loading of transformers . (c) Capacitors Performance Evaluation :- (i) checking of Capacitor Bank. (ii) Quantifying operatin KVAR. EVALUATION OF CAPACITOR PERFORMANCE & RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION (d) Lighting system :- (i) Review of present lighting system, lighting inventores etc. (ii) Study of present lux level (iii) Study of present lighting control system and recommendation for improvement. (iv) Exploring the energy Conservation Option (ENCON) in lightening system. (e) Air Conditioning System (AC System):- (i) Review of present AC System like Cenral AC, Split AC etc. (ii) Performance assessment of Central AC, Split AC system. (iii) Performance Assessment of chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Handling Units (AHUs) and cold insulation system of central AC. (iv) Exploring the Energy Conservation Options (ENCON) in HVAC system. (f) Diesel Generator (DG) Sets:- (i) Review of DG set operation. (ii) Performance Assessment of DG sets in terms of specific Fuel Consumption (SFC ie. KWH/Liter). (iii) Exploring the Energy Conservtion Option (ENCOn) in DG sets. (g) Energy Monitoring & Accounting System:- (i) Detail review of present energy monitoring & accounting system in terms of metering record keeping, data logging, peroidic performance analysis etc. (ii) Recommend for effective energy monitoring & accounting system. h) Cost-Benefit analysis of each ENCON options indicating simple payback period return on investment (ROI)

DELEVERABLES IN THE ENERGY AUDIT REPORT - The report will contain the following information:- (I) Methodology adopted for the study. (ii) Present energy scenario of the plant/building (iii) Detail analysis of the data obtained through field visits trial measurements by portable gadgets, discussion with concerned personnel etc. (iv) Data Collection, information related to the equipments. (v) Recommendations for energy saving options in all possible areas with cost-benefit analysis. (vi) The report should be submitted in triplicate in hard copies as well as soft copies in PDF format. (vii) the report should be signed and approved by the authorised energy auditor.

Note 1. (i) The performance taste/evaluation of the hospital's energy systems will be carried out by the energy audit team duly supported by the regular O & M team of the departments. (ii) The plant's techincal details , system diagram, distribution network and performace data of last three years will be provided by the department, as available in their records. (iii) The energy audit will be conducted by the certified energy auditors as per standard engineering & audit practices. (iv) The work will be completed within forty five days from the issue of the work order. (v) The rate quoted by the firm will be invlusive of all the applicable taxes. Any consumables required or repair involved in operation and maintenance of the plant during performance evaluation of the plant will be provided by the department. (vi) Two hard copies of the energy audit report along with soft copy in PDF format will be submitted to CWE (AF) Kheria (vii) Consultant should be enlisted/approved with in E-in-C's Branch/Comd CE/Zonal CE office respectively. Note 2. (i) GE (AF) Adm Area Kheria will be execute the work and necessary payment will be made by him. (ii) GE (AF) Adm Area Kheria will also assist & submit the necessary documents at the time of execution.
