Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium door shutter of any description exc 1.2 Sqm but not exc 2.5 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after necessary repair including changing all aluminium cleats/ screws and resecuring the door complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down aluminium window shutter of any description not exc 1 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after necessary repair including changing all aluminium cleats/ screws and resecuring the window complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
