Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under laying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Dismantling of Flexible Pavements Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (II) By Mechanical Means Bituminous Courses

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants allcomplete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temparature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per clause 504 of specifications for Road & Bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). A. For Grading 1 (40mm nominal size, 80-100mm thick.) (i) Using Drum mix type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH

Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. B. For Grading 2 (iii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 40-60 TPH.

Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified (ii) 50 mm thickness

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing in by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants and cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (iii) Grading – III

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking concrete block pavements(ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 1568) and specified size and shape with aspect ratio the ratio of length t othickness of a paver block, as per cl.no.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per table 2 of IS: 1568 with flexural strength/breaking load as per annexure g of IS:1568, on the prepared base as certified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 2018 or else as of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the building sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) paver block with joint filling sand and completing the edges with cut blocks as per CL.No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 100 mm thick i) Grey

Raising manhole cover and frame with CBW(1:4), 250mm thick up to 100 high with 20mm thick sand and cement plaster including finishing with neat cement after cutting the asphaltum pavement and taking out and refixing the existing manhole cover and frame with cement concrete (1:1, 5:3) with stone chips all round the frame surface including removal of surplus spoils.

Raising Gully pit cover and frame with CBW(1:4), 250mm thick up to 100 high with 20mm thick sand and cement plaster with neat cement after dismantling the existing setting and taking out and refixing the existing cover and frame with cement concrete (1:1, 5:3) with stone chips all round the frame surface including removal of surplus spoils.
