Monthly regular tower to tower ground patrolling of following 132 KV Transmission line with the help of patrolling team equipped with Binocular and other T&P and detected of defects like missing tower parts,hot point,Punctured insulator disc dislocation of vibration damper ,damaged conductor,earth wire ,checking of foundation and position of tree in the corridor of 50 mtr. and tree clearance of 4.0 mtr. of the line ,lopping ,chopping and cutting of tree branches and cleaning of bird nest ,kites their string and all other related things from the tower submission of separate patrolling report for each line on prescribed computerised performa in 3 set after each patrolling duly signed by contractor with in 07 days completion of petrolling.

Emergency patrolling of line under ETD Ballia during tripping of line or as per instruction of supervisor engineer to find the fault in line the work includes arrangment and mobilization on urgent basis during tripping of line .
Fixing tower parts /bracing in the line under ETD Ballia. The work consist of sorting,shifting, loading,carriage ,unloading and stacking tower parts from store of Ballia to work site,then measuring and marking ,cutting and hole punching in proper size of tower parts then fixing & punching its on tower tightening of loose nut & bolts.
Attending breakdown of panther conductor of line under ETD Ballia. work includes moblization of gang on urgent basis .Carriage of materials from Ballia store to work site.Dismantling of broken phase conductor with disc insulator .Removing complete of damaged portion of conductor and jointing new conductor with the help of 01 no. mid-span joint then stringing at its place with proper sag and complete the job.
Attending breakdown of jumper of line under ETD Ballia. Work includes moblization of gang on urgent basis at site location .Carriage of material from Ballia store to work site .Dismantling of broken jumper from tension fitting making new jumper with jumper cone then fixing at its place with proper sag to complete the job
Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of tower or 5 meters from the ground level whichever is higher with three tacks 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10 mm/12 mm electrode and application of zinc rich aluminium paint on the effected surface including cost of all materials.
Attending breakdown of tension disc string insulator of line under ETD Ballia. Consist work of moblize of gang on urgent basis .Carriage of material from Ballia store to work site . Dismantling of broken tension disc insulator from tower ,remove complete string and making new string with 10 No. disc insulator(including double tension disc string then hoisting at its place with proper sag and complete the job panther and Zebra conductor of line under ETD Ballia.( one job per site location )
Attending breakdown of suspension disc string insulator of line under ETD Ballia. Consist work of moblize of gang on urgent basis .Carriage of materil from Ballia store to work site . Dismantling of broken tension disc insulator from tower ,remove complete string and making new string with 9 No. disc insulator then hoisting at its place with proper sag and complete the job panther and moose conductor of line under ETD Ballia( one job per site location ).
Attending breakdown of Earth wire/OPG wire of line under ETD Ballia. Consist work of moblize of gang on urgent basis .Carriage of material from Ballia store to work site . Dismantling of E/W ,Remove complete or damaged portion of E/W with the help of 02 nos. mid-span joint the stringing at its place with proper sag and complete the job.
Pipe type earthing including cost of coke ,salt ,excavation ,backfilling and other associated work (Earthing provided by UPPTCL)
Repairing of foundation cooping,wherever required including cost of material ,labour,T&P etc and its transportationup to site (Required material provided by department )
Tighting of jumper /fixing of missing/displaced vibration damper /arcinghorn
Cleaning of accumulated soil around tower legs above chimney ,painting of tower legs of 300 mm above chimney of each leg by black rubber seal paint of standard quality to maintain the strength of leg by restricting the rustingof leg due to accumulation of soil and water lodging during rainy season
Hot Spot Scaning as per inspection of suppervising Engineer by the thermal scaning (camara provided by upptcl) of section tower ,mid span joints ,repair sleevs and jumper of following transmission line one time before summer.
