B. Terms and Conditions for Bidder

1. All the payment regarding bid documents in E- Tendering, will be through online

mode NEFT/RTGS, Net Banking to Shree Ganesh Khand Udyog Sahakari Mandli

Ltd., Vataria. EMD will treat as security money and shall be adjusted against the

last consignment. No interest will be paid on EMD by sugar mill.

2. In addition to the technical details, the technical bid shall contain the proof of

sales of the said materials and there working of past year.

3. The technical bids will be opened first, financial bids of the bidders whose technical

bids are found to be responsive as per clause B1 & B2. Herein above shall be opened

invite L1, L2, and L3 bidders for further negotiations on specifications, quality,

and the final price of the material. The sugar mill also reserves the right to

allocate the purchase order to any of the bidders from L1, L2, and L3.
