Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Air Cooled Packaged Air Conditioners of 415Volt, 50Hz, 3 Phase four wire AC supply, comprising of Hermetic or Hermetically sealed Scroll Compressors with microprocessor based control, including copper refrigerant piping, electrical interconnection between indoor and outdoor units , suitable for operation on R - 22/R - 407c/R -410a refrigerants(Echo Friendly refrigerants) and of nominal capacity of 11 Ton all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Above installation consisting with following items. (a) All refrigerant piping between indoor and out door units duly insulated with 19mm /13mm nitrile rubber insulation. All piping inside the room shall be properly supported with 11 TR ,50Mtr (b) SITC of insulated grey PVC drain piping for ducted indoor unit 30 Mtr . (c) Control cabling indoor and outdoor unit 75 RM. (d) GI Sheet metal work of 22 G 60 Sq mtr (e) Flexible canvass connection with insulated GI duct piece for all ducted indoor units 3 Nos . (f) Thermal & Acoustic Insulation of ducting-: (i) Thermal insulation of GI ducts with class 'O' nitrite rubber 09mm thick 70 Sq Mtr. (ii) Acoustic insulation of GI duct with 10mm thick nitrite rubber 20 Sq Mtr (g) SA Grilles/RA grilles VCD /diffuser/Dampers etc. (h) Supply air/Return air grilles continuous 5 Sq Mtr . (j) Testing & Commissioning of AC system 03 Nos unit . (k) Acoustic Insulation for AC unit room with 50 mm thick fibre glass/ rock wool - 48 kg/m3 density covered with 30 g aluminium perforated sheet 110 Sq Mtr- (l) Ladder type tray with cover for exposed refrigerant piping 20 RM. Note : All civil works required for fixing of AC plant , ducting passing cables , pipes including necessary floor and wall fininshing shall be carried out as per existing to match etc complete and the cost of civil works shall be deemed included in quoted rates

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr. Below ground level connecting to galvanised iron wire of 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM ( weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection all as specified and testing on completion. Note: Cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and pit covers, funnel and watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal dust and common salt, 15mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe as protection to earth lead and earth lead as 4 mm dia GI wire (main earthling lead from earth electrode to test point length not less than 7.5mtrs) shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of capacity 1.5 TR 230 volt AC 50 c/s of 5 star rating including excess copper tubing if required beyond the length supplied with AC unit , PVC conduit of 15mm dia not exceeding 2.5 mtr long for water drain and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 including testing complete comprising of the following: - (a) 1.5 Ton capacity using Eco friendly refrigerant cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control draining out arrangement manually adjustable cover for cool air from front with and inter connection with the condensing unit etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) One No condensing unit of 1.5 ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor, condensing fan motor, condenser with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(B) AMF panel:- the AMF panel shall be fabricated & mounted on 100 mm MS channel frame shall be totally enclosed cubical type fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated with 7 tank chemical powder coated process locking arrangement provn of self ventilation with wire mesh etc complete including with base etc 2 Nos contactors with 01 No as spare, 4 pole 415 V 50 Hz AC supply DG auxiliary contactors relays for automatic operation of DG set in case of failure commercial supply & vice versa tinned copper busbars of 1.8 times of alternator rated capacity with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves cable termination box with suitable size of glands and comprising following accessories all as specified & directed by Engineer-in -Charge (C) Acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy for gen set:- The gen set to be provided with acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy fabricated out of CRCA sheet 16 SWG & pre treated with 7 tank phosphating prior to polyester coating painting close fit type compact enclosure provided with adequate ventilation system to ensure perfect aspiration and cooling of the DG set to bel housed inside and avoid over heating /power deration. Acoustic insulation sound proofing should be made with a high quality insulation conforms to UL94-HF1 class for flammability and suitable including the following:- (a) Control panel should have blanking windows made out of toughen glass provided with rubber beading (b) Emergency stop button should be easily accessible (c) Provn of fitting of branded make including wiring inside canopy (d) Access to fill fuel tank control shall be from outside the canopy enclosure

(e) All door, windows panels should be lockable with single key (f) Single/multi point lifting facility should be available on the base frame (g) Access to fill the radiator from outside the canopy (h) Specially designed as per manufacturers standard alternators are to be provided control sound at entry to canopy and exist from canopy (j) Adequate ventilation has to be provided to meet the air requirement of engine and alternator Note:- (i) Temperature rise in the compartment/canopy should be less than 5 degree centigrade (ii) It should adhere to mandatory noise regulation norms (iii) It should be duly approved and guaranteed by the engine manufacture(iv) The acoustic insulated enclosure/canopy must be designed as per relevant IS and control the noise level all as specified in Govt of India notification.(v) LT cable from DG set to AMF panel shall be measured & paid separate(vi) The FOL etc required for commissioning and testing of DG set shall be supplied by the contractor. This shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of gen set (vi) Inverter canopy light of 10 W capacity luminous/narcotic make with necessary connecting from DG set battery.

Install complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Rate of Fixing, lowering, flanged fabrication and fixing of nipple etc other accessories used for fixing of pump are deem included in quoted rate. 2.Rate of 5Mtr of MS pipe of 150 mm dia also included in quoted rate.
