Providing and laying of dry stone soling handpacked under floors or foundations, ramming including plum including carriage by MT complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excld. carriage of all materials involved complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of formwork foundation, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

12mm Cement plaster of mix:( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work in single section,fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of app steel primer, all complete

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width inmesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Carriage of Sand /Aggregate for an avg. lead of 15 Km by MT

Providing /Fixing CIB including Photographs of work before, during & after execution of work complete job
