Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etclaid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and neatly stacking at site where directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cast in situ in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Cutting holes in brick works of size exc half brick but not exc one brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification with out any extra cost complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel work in hard rails , winds ties post and structs in fencing screwed or welded to shaped as directed , including all necessary drilling ,bolting or welding etc, and similar work confroming Fe-290 Gde-E-165.

M&L MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as directed.

S&F rolled MS in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

All as per item No 18 here-in-above but errection and fixing only old gates after repair work, necessary welding, pillars repairs etc.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 11-15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing (120 to 140 gms) 4mm dia and 75mm spacing and weighing not less than 2.75 kg/sqm diagonally pinned including line wire rails, straining bolts and provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s Sachin , TATA or any approved make as approved..

Fixing only diagonally pinned fencing wire including line wire, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

S&F stainless steel hand railings of grade 304 SS consisting of 50/ 75mm dia blauster at of 16/ 10 gauge and 40/ 20mm dia rails of 18 gauge complete cut to length and welded smooth including designer balls/ accessories as required.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. complete all as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite slab (Jet black) work (table rubbed, polished and rounding of edges where ever necessary as ordered) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified. (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rounding of edges and cement screed)

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993 and shall contain ISI mark) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified.(Note ; Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement morter 1:4 surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete work in pavement /hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/sq cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre thickness of concrete 25 cm or less after finishing the surface of concrete roads pavements by brooming etc to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .

M&L forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints for 100 mm thick concrete slab, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ all as specified.
