Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking ort joint 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m. Lead etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) using 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8 Cm. size fly ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 % in Superstructre including cost conveyance, labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Granite Tiles of minimum 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved make in floors over 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing & polishing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalties of all materials, labour with T&P complete in all respect.(Data for 10 Sqm )

12mm cement plaster (1:6) for brick work in super structure including cost conveyance, labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the E.I.C.
