Out sourcing of management and operation at Pump House 1 located at TCP Gate No. 2 at Mil Station Gandhinagar by providing 01 FGM for 01 shift of 08 hrs i.e. from 0000 hrs to 0800 hrs in a day including Sundays and holidays including operation of valves near by pump house complete all as specified and as directed. The pump house consists of following installations:- (a) 3 Phase AC operated Submersible pump set 60 HP controlled by motor starter- 01 No. (b) LT Panel board - 01 No. (c) Delivery valve/NRV/water meter.

Out sourcing of management and operation at Narmada Pump House located at Mil Station Gandhinagar by providing 01 FGM for 03 shifts of 08 hrs i.e. from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs & 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs in a day including Sundays and holidays including operation of valves near by area of pump house complete all as specified and as directed. The pump house consists of following installations:- (a) 30 HP monoblock pump set - 03 Nos (b) 3 Phase AC operated submersible pump set 60 HP - 01 No. (c) 3 Phase AC operated submersible pump 25 HP - 01 No (d) Chloronome plant/ dozing system - 01 No. (e) LT Panel board - 02 No (f) Star Delta Starter - 05 Nos (g) DG Set 125 KVA - 01 No (h) Delivery valve/NRV/water meter. (j) Alum Dosing Plant - 01 No (k) Sedimantation tank and filter media bad.

Out sourcing of management and operation including routine maintenance of sewage pump House No. 1 located near Md Accn Arun Vihar at Mil Stn Gandhinagar by providing 01 FGM for 01 shift each of 08 hrs duration i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs in a day including Sundays & holidays all as specified and as direted. The sewage pump house consists of following installations:- (a) 15 HP non-clog sewage pump set with starter – 01 No.

Out sourcing of management and operation including routine maintenance of sewage pump House No. 2 (near OTM Accn of Inf Bn No. 3 at Mily Stn Gandhinagar) all as specified, by providing 01 FGM for 1 shift each of 08 hrs duration i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs in a day including Sundays & holidays all as specified and as direted. The sewage pump house consists of following installations:- (a) 15 HP non-clog sewage pump set with starter – 01 No.

Rate required to be quoted for executing for executing the work as described in Serial No. 1.00 to 4.00 Here-in-before :-

Worker's wages (Basic) per person as per latest MOL & E Rates/Existing rules.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) as mentioned in the tender documents.

Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC) as mentioned in the tender documents.

Contribution of Bonus as mentioned in the tender documents.

Over Head & Profit on Serial No. 5.01 to 5.04.

Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as mentined in the tender documents.

GST as mentioned in the tender documents.

Notes : for Item Nos. 5.01 to 5.07 above:- The Bidders are requested to please refer Sch 'A' (BOQ) Notes on Srl Page No. 15 to 17 of Tender Docs before quoting the rates for above items. The bidders are requested to refer the E-in-C's Policy vide letter No. 66546/Manual/M&O Tender/64/E8 dated 20 Aug 2020 before quoting the rates.

Notes : for Item Nos. 01 to 06 above:- (i) Daily log sheet will be supplied and maintained by the contractor. Duty chart and attendance register shall also be maintained. Every month duty roster shall be submitted by the contractor. (ii) The quoted rate shall include for the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance of pumping set & DG Set. (iii) Upkeep of pump house premisses. (iv) The chloronome plant, ALTOCH GP Dosing system pumping set and DG set be handed over back in serviceable condition. (v) No unautharised person shall be allowed to enter in pump house premises and security of pump house and assets will also be watched for preventing any loss to state. (vi) Bleaching powder/ALTOCH GP/Liquid chlorine will be issued by the department. Maintening of chlorine testing register and produce every day to Engr-in-Charge. Cost of testing kit and stationery shall be deemed in quoted rate. (vii) The rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies i.e. EPF, ESIC, LWC, GST contribution towards bonus and Over head and profit etc. (viii) The bid shall be treated as Non-bonafide on following reasons :- (a) Quoting Nil against OH & P. (b) Quotating less than 1% (c) Quotating than minimum wages (d) Quotating Less/Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus w.r.t same as applicable accoriding to total number of workmen/wages as per instructions in vouge.

(ix) The financial effect involved against EPF, ESIC & Bonus shall be paid only after submision of valid and authenticate document in support of proof of payment failing which payment against these heads shall not be made. (x) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place.
