Vessel to be blocked and unblocked

Ultrasonic gauging to be done only on the underwater portion of hull plate and bottom plate.

Corroded, holed & thinned down plates, structural members, railing posts etc. to be cropped & renewed – Deck–23.681MT Bottom-14.3MT Sidehull-8.4MT Transom-2.6MT Ramp –6 MT Inside stiffening members – 3MT Deck fitting i.e. Ramp and Anchor winch bases, ventilation cowl, cropping and renewal of damaged portion of ramp posts-4MT Engine room and rudder hold floor plate including securing arrangment-2MT

Corroded and thin down railing pipe (25 NB) to be renewed.

Steel fender 200 NB, 8 MM thick half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffeners 500 mm apart.

Renewal of twin bollards including doubler plate.(200NB pipe -Hight-500mm)

Renewal of single bollards

Anode to fitted on under water hull plate

Both main engine (Cummins 6BT 5.9 180C) to be full overhauling (supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC)

Both side 4 Cylinder DG engine to be full overhauling (supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC)

Both main engine and 4 Cylinder DG engine Fuel pumps and injectors required to be servicing including material and machine shop job

Main engine and DG engine All the out fittings of i.e. Air filters, turbo charger, Heat exchanger, upper cooler, self-starter ,Dynamo, Thermostat Housing, Engine air inlet line, Exhaust line to be servicing and fitted back with new joints and fasteners and exhaust line insulation cover and renewal of all damaged hose pipes.

Main engine and DG engine electrical safety system and engine control panel to be renewed including wirings ,temperature meter, Lub oil presser meter, R.P.M. meter, AMP meter, Hour meter, stop solenoid, and all sensor up to Wheel house.

Rudder angle indicator set renewal including complete wire connection.

Both side hydraulic gear full overhauling.(supply of spars and machine shop jobs will be done by WBSTC)

P.T.O Gear full overhauling to be done including spare and machine shop job.

Bilge pipe line(35NB) renewal to be done including new joints and fasteners.

Bilge pipe line(40NB) renewal to be done including new joints and fasteners.

Bilge pipe line(65NB) renewal to be done including new joints and fasteners.

Damaged butterfly valve(65NB) to be renewed

Damaged GM glove valve(65NB) to be renewed

Damaged GM glove valve(35NB) to be renewed

Non fontanel GM Glob valve(35NB and 65NB) to be serviced

40NB Bilge suction and fire G.M. Globe valve repair to be done

200NB Bilge Line gate valve repair to be done

Sea chests and valve chest to be renewed.

Emergency engine stop valve to be servicing and new wire connection to be done.

Bilge suction electric motor and pump servicing to be done.

H.S.D Line semi rotary hand pump to be repaired including spare parts.

H.S.D Line electric pump 3phase starter to be renewed.

Aluminium port hole to be renewed.

All the HSD tank including pipe line cleaning to be done.

Electric air ventilation system and supply line to be repaired including renewal of Fan

Damaged concrete flooring including WC to be renewed

Rudder room cleaning to be done including removal of solid ballast and placement.

Propeller shaft & Rudder arrangement including all bushes are to be dismantled and fitted back after necessary repair.

Port and STBD side broken propeller blades are to be repaired by dove tail joining method with the Mn-Bronze piece welded by bronzed electrode.

Dynamically balancing of propeller.

Propeller and coupling bed-in with the respective propeller shaft.

Port and STBD side Propeller shaft worn out journals metalizing by S.S Electrode & machining to suit with the respective bushes and trueness to be checked & rectified.

Rudder stock worn out journals to be metalizing and machining

Top & Bottom GM Bushes and Gland Cover of Rudder stock re-sleeving.

Port and STBD side gland bush with cover to be re-sleeved

Rubber cutlass bush re-rubberizing.

Port and STBD side propeller shaft alignment w.r.t. the engine, stern tube and 'A' Bracket to be done if required during renewal of damaged bottom plate around this zone, rudder trunking tube also re-alignment if required

Fabrication and fitment of strainer for both side sea water suction line.

One number electric driven anchor winch to be installed.(1.5MT capacity)

Rudder control Hydraulic pipe to be renewed.

Entire electric system AC/DC to be repaired including supply of new switch , boards, Light and wire.

Supply and fitment 220v AC Electronic Industrial Hooter | Factory Siren, Single Phase 1 HP High Decibel Wind Crew Motor, Current 2Amp Sound Range Upto 1KM

Entire vessel exterior and interior surfaces to be thoroughly chipped scraped & cleaned.

External surface along with deck fittings i.e. Bollards, Air vents, Ramps, Ramp hoisting post, Ladders, manhole doors etc. outside & inside of cabin , Toilet, Gallery, Store etc. to be painted by one coat epoxy primer and one coat of epoxy finish paint.

Interior surface i.e. Engine Room, Rudder hold along with engine room floor plates, inside girder, beams, bulked, frames etc. to be painted marine coat by one coat of Zn-chromate primer and one coats of finish paint.
