Supply, Installation and commissioning of Two (2) Nos. of crane cabin ACs for Crane No. 2121 & 2122 in SMS-II for SMS-II(O) Department at Rourkela Steel Plant.

• The bidder should have supplied and commissioned at least One Industrial AC unit in Central/ State Govt. Organization/ PSU / Joint venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central/ State Govt. Organization or PSU / Public limited company during the last Seven (7) years as on last day of the month previous to one in which tender is invited.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the above.

i) Self attested copies of work orders/ contract copies

ii)Self attested copies of Commissioning certificate / job completion certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate issued by the client for work/ works listed at sl. no. “a”

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2024 should not be less than Rs.10.0 lakhs. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31.03.2024.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility

a) Copies of Audited annual financial reports / Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account/ turnover certificate from Chartered Accountant for the last three financial years ending 31.03.2024.

- The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

All documents submitted for fulfillment of Technical and Financial eligibility to be self certified.
