Operation and General Maintenance of E and M Installations in operational Area, Power house and Residential Colony at Trichy Airport (2020-22)

Job contract for operation & Maintenance of various Electrical & Mechanical Installations and GLF Installations as detailed in "Annexure-B" of operational and non operational area such as 11KV Sub-Station, OTB, CCR including operation, repairs & maintenance, attending faults / breakdown rectifications, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working conditions of the system, attending complaints, preventive maintenance on daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly basis maintenance of records / documentation etc., as per scope of work given in special conditions of contract in all days including sunday and holidays. The services of DG Sets, AMF Panels at power house shall be ensured round the clock (i.e. in three shifts daily, each shift of 8 hours) and the services of all others E&M Installations shall be ensured for three shifts (each of 8 hours) daily as required. by engaging minimum number of staff as stipulated in the special conditions of the contract .

Providing maintenance vehicle for use in day to day maintenance of Electrical installation, operational requirement and office purpose on all days including national holidays and sunday as per special terms and conditions in addition to general terms and conditions of contract as required for a maximum of 1500KM per month (Type of vehicle :SCORPIO/ TAVERA / QUALIS / BOLERO / TATA SUMO GOLD) (Approx. 1500 KM per Month)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site with high vacuum filtration apparatus to obtain BDV value 40 KV for 1 minute as required, topping of oil and submission of test reports etc. as required for following Transformers. (Make: Kirloskar, Capacity 1250 KVA, Oil Capacity 850 Ltrs, Qty - 3 Nos)

Supply of transformer top-up oil suitable for kirloskar make, 1250 KVA Transformer.

Testing the BDV value and PH value by applying minimum 40 KV for 1 minute of transformer oil of two samples (top and bottom) and submission of report as required.

Inspection, servicing and testing of 630A, Avera make, 11 KV Vaccum Circuit Breakers as per OEM method and practice including carrying out preventive maintenance and submission of test reports etc. as required.

Carrying out secondary injection tests & calibration of over current, earth fault, auxilary, supervision and triping relay set (2 Over current,1 Earth fault, 2 Auxilary, 1 Trip and 1 Supervision relay) of 11 KV HT panel including submission of reports as required.

Inspection, servicing and testing of following GE make Air circuit breakers including carrying out preventive maintenance asper OEM recommendations and submission of test reports etc. as required. Rewinding, servicing, repairing of ceiling fan upto 1400mm sweep including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Rewinding, servicing, repairing upto 450mm sweep wall mounted fans/exhaust fans/pedestal fans including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Rewinding, servicing, repairing above 450 - 600mm sweep wall fan / Exhaust fan/Pedestal fan including replacement of wornout / defective parts like bearings, capacitors etc., i/c transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Repair and rewinding of submersible / monoblock pump motor set below & upto 3 HP capacity Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bushes sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Repair and rewinding of submersible / mono block pump motor upto 5 HP Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Repair and rewinding of submersible / mono block pump motor set of above 3 HP and upto 7.5 HP Job include transportation of motor dismantling and rewinding with the same gage insulated copper wire including replacement of all the internal worn out / defective parts i.e bushes, impellers, sleeves, upper and lower bush sets, thrust bearing, oil seals, rotor grinding and balancing, assembling, testing, transportation etc. complete as required.

Annual maintenance, service contract of following UPS complete with all electrical, electronic, mechanical, equipment, safety controls and instrumentations with all associated systems including all minor spare parts carrying out preventive / scheduled maintenance as per OEM's & AAI recommendations etc., as required.

Annual comprehensive maintenance service contract of Technocrat make sliding gate & boom barrier by carrying out one mandatory visit in quarterly and attending any number of breakdown calls in additional to quarterly visit Job include all electrical, electronic, mechanical, equipment, safety controls and instrumentations with all associated systems including all minor spare / worn out / defective parts (excluding gate & boom barrier), carrying out preventive maintenance as per OEM & AAI recommendations etc. as required. a). Sliding gate of size 6.10 Mtr x 2.02 Mtr - 01 No. b). Boom barrier of size 5.10 Mtr - 01No.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2018 as and when required for attending breakdowns, repair & maintenance and upkeep of internal and external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations in operational area/OTB/Colony as per the special Terms and Conditions in addition to General Terms and Conditions of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate for 01 (one) job corresponding to the value of Rs.4,00,000/- (Ex.GST) in INR only and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. Note: The rate provided in DSR 2018 is inclusive of GST @12%, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document.
