COLUMBIA 1 of GEEKEN or model look alike of GODREJ/DURIAN of size 865x755x750 mm or similar made up of Teak wood frame of 25 mm minimum thickness(including polished finish), Seat made of foam of density (Kg/Cubic M)45, Backrest made of foam of density (Kg/Cubic M)-35 Covered with Leatherite tapestry or fabric tapestry as approved by E/I including plywood, base spring & all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work in all respect as instructed by E/I.

Fabricating & Fixing of Bed side Modular type (with two drawers) table look alike model no. PEDESTAL 7 of GEEKEN or model look alike of GODREJ/DURIAN of size 400X450X680mm or similar made up of single layer BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of Thickness 19 mm for top, Frame made of Teak Wook(including polished finish) with plywood laminated finish, Drawers made of plywood of 19 mm thickness with 1mm thick laminates on both side and 4 No. of buffers to be at The Bottom, as approved by E/I including all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work in all respect as instructed by E/I (NSI)

Fabricating & Fixing king size Bed look alike model no. NICHOLAS of GEEKEN or model look alike of GODREJ/DURIAN in wrought iron frame (with under storage) make & model of colour as approved by E/I or similar made of teak wood frame(including polished finish), plywood of 19 mm thick with 1 mm thick laminates on both side & bed back with cushion made of 50mm under 15 mm thick foam of density(Kg/Cubic M)-32 covered with Leatherite tapestry or fabric tapestry design as approved by E/I. including all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work in all respect as instructed by E/I (NSI)

Supply and installation in complete respect of geyser 15 liter capacity of BAJAJ / ORIENT or equivalent make including making concealed electrical & water (inlet and outlet) points with all materials, labour and T&P and all related works as required for proper installation and running of the system complete in all respects as approved by E/I (NSI)

Fabricating & Fixing wooden storage look alike model no. STORAGE 10 of GEEKEN or model look alike of GODREJ/DURIAN of size 900x2100x500 mm or similar made of 19 mm thick one side decorative and other side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply for shutter and 19 mm thick both side balancing lamination factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand boxes, shelves, racks, almirah, cupboard and drawer etc. including all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work in all respect as instructed by E/I (NSI)

Supply and Installation in complete respect of 1.5 Ton Split AC 5 star (O General, Hitachi, Daikin make ) along with 5 KVA V Guard or equivalent make stabilizers, stands, drain pipes etc including making pvc (25 mm dia) pipe line for proper drainage with all materials, labour and T&P and all related works as required for proper installation and running of the system complete in all respects as approved by Engineer In Charge.
