Supply and fix sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and CP waste coupling; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915 mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm and CP waste fittings 40 mm dia, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks,basins,etc.with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed. but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors.

Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

M&L for point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm multistrandedc copper conductor 1100 volts grade FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable with proper colour coding drawn in PVC casing caping with FR PVC 2.5 Sqmm multistranded unsheatheed copper wire for continious earth, sunk in cast iron/MS terminal box 2.8 mm thick duly painted with aluminium inside and antocorrosive paint out side including connecting earth for 3 pin socked outlet, 15 Amps , independent board inclusing making good to the disturbed surface all as spd and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note: (a) Wiring shall be done by using colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour (c) After completion of all wiring diagram of internal circuit with inventory shall be produced by cotractor duly sign by user to Engr -in-charge.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter and stabilizer of suitable capacity for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 to 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity 1.5 ton.

S & F Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 amp flush type

S & F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amp.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
