Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia& Paisalength ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).: (Sal wood)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/Sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed ) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work .

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface. Water thinnable Cement primer

FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Group B.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 15/16 amps switch.

Providing Carpenter Service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced Carpenter with necessary T& PaisaP for attending minor type of repairing work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing beldar service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement to carry out the works as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Wireman service for 8 hour’s service in a day or part as per requirement by experienced electrician with necessary Kit (holding license and T& PaisaP) for attending all type of electrical defects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of celling fan Havell's make ES-50 5 Star rating model fan sweep 1200mm, including wiring the down rods of standard length (up to 30 cm with 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable, including providing & fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required. ( Based on market rate + DSR 2014 - 1.45).

Mixing of pidicrete URP compound (1 part of compound 1.50 part of cement as per manufacture instruction ) and apply its two coats on leaky surface @ average 0.50 Kg/ sqm for two coats by skilled labour as per instruction of manufacturer and applying top coat of 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 cement and coase sand mortar including cost of all material labour T&P etc required proper completion of the work.
