Demolition of PCC in ground floor or paving of any description n.exc. 15cm thickness (Un re-inforced) below or above GL.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) below tiles for levelling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L screeding bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as directed.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectanglar ) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n'exc 0.11 sqm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Rendering 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7mm thick set and and jointed in cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, built in cement mortar.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge..

S & F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick, any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The self driven screw shall be of adequate length to drive in to complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc and to be provided with one bitumen washer and the gap if any shall be filled with silicon gel to avoid any leakage.)

S & F for structural steel supports in repairs conforming to FE 410W (Gde E-250) Quality A, for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fasterning and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces area exe 10 cms width /girth and finishing with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore of pipes and connections, including leaning for re-fixing or removal to store

M&L in repairs 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanised, with all fitting and fixtures in new or old position (walls, celing, floors etc.,) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral Water proofing Compound

M & L for brushing cleaned roof surfaces with neat cement slurry @3kg/ Sqm over and applying 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement to receive roof treatment mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, including polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer @ 0.5 lit / Sqm and hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm at the bottom and another coat at top of the membrane including complete removal of existing roof treatment on roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge NOTE : WPC shall be measured and paid separetly as "Supply only"

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

S&F Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous), fixed with frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

S&F of 605mm x 605mm Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound emulsion over a coad of primer on ceiling with white or tinted colour on particle board surface complete all as specified and directed.
