Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors , beams, staircases, landing, chaj-jas and similar sus-pended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified. (Measurements shall be taken after compaction).

M & L for PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cast in situ in bed blocks for grouting hold fasts, coping, filling in pressed steel chowkat or similar work including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Providing plain cement concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. complete all as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of form work).

M&L pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with factory made solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls , beams and columns in floors , roofs , landings , canopies , deck slab etc complete all as directed. .

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked)of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

Form work to soffits and sides of suspended roof slab and the like n.exc 200 mm thick rough finished of concrete flat complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion, drilled and counter sunk for balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) mild steel angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F factory Rolled Hot dipped galvanised ( 80 microns as per IS 4759 ) Mild Steel sections confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde - E - 2560) Quality - B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/ridges fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F 1.25 mm thick Galvanized Iron sheet with grade of coating 450 in wall cladding, steel gates, etc., cut to size, holes punched including fixing to MS clamps with necessary bolts and nuts as directed.

S&F stainless steel hand railings of grade 304 SS (engraved) including one consisting of 20 to 50 mm dia pipe complete cut to length , welding / bracing as required including all small fittings and designwer balls and other accessories as orderd complete all as dfirected.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of welding/bracing and providing accessolries as ordered).

M&L for Turbo air vents of throat dia 600mm, body dia of 750mm, with blades(of anodosid alumonium with thickness of 0.4 to 0.8mm crimped ), shaft and tube made of zinc coated steel, rivets made of aluminium, Galvanised inner top cover of 0.5mm thick and Aluminium zinc coated steel outer top cover of 0.35 thick complete all as per mfr instructions

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor laid in alteranitive bays and finished the even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is inclusive of inserting plastic strip , plastic strip measured seperately).

Supply only 1.5 mm thick 38 mm wide plastic dividing strips.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ flooring/hard standing as ordered finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. complete all as directed.

M&L 16 to 18 mm thick granite work (Jet balck granite stone slab ) (table rubbed and polished) in floors , steps and the like etc laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as directed.

All same per item No 32 here-in-above but on vertical surface as ordered but laid over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 -do- (Note for item No 32 & 33 : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed )

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993 and shall contain ISI mark) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for machine cut Prepolished kota stone tile with minimum size 900 x 900 mm in staggered places , 18-20 mm thick , as in floor laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cost of rubbing & mirror , polishing complete all as directed.(Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete PVC moulded interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified.(Note ; Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on brick masonry or concrete surface concrete surface mixed with WPC @ the weight of minimum 3% by weight of cement mixed or as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry or concrete surface , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in excavated trenches complete all as directed. (Note : Excavation & earth work measured & paid seperately).

Rolling and consolidating formation of surface in cutting with with power roller exceding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne capacity including watering complete all as directed.
