REPAIR, MAINT, SERVICING, CALIBRATION, REWINDING OF TRANSFORMERS, VCB RMU AND HT OH LINE/ UG CABLES INCLUDING EARTHING, GOD, LA AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS FOR HT LINES AT DHARAMSHALA AND CHARRI CAMP MIL STN UNDER GE PALAMPUR.

S&F in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, including taking down old unserviceable Pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work & excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid under respective Items of BOQ.

Taking up or down old unserviceable underground cable and type and size

Supply & fixing, in replacement of old UNSV cable & jointing, or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, Cable cover, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Supply and fix in replacement of Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamp and back plate fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed by Engineer-in-Charge and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces and dismantling old structural steel work in cross arms and stacking at site, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of and straining of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT over head line including necessary binding work, jumpering, maintaining proper sag as per IE rule including taking down old unserviceable Conductor complete all as specified & directed

Supply and fix in replacement of pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous, white/brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm dia and 150mm height for working pressure 11000 volts grade including taking down existing insulators and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade, including taking down existing insulators and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to existing steel tubular poles 11m long with two coats of aluminium paint and making 30cm wide strips 5 Nos with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching/ground level including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC. , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Painting to existing two pole structure made out of steel tubular poles 11m long including angles,channels,flat iron,cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view on external surface above PCC including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC. , complete all as specified.

Painting to existing three pole/four pole structure made out of steel tubular poles 11m long including angles,channels,flat iron,cross arms, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint on surfaces exposed to view on external surface above PCC including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC. , complete all as specified.
