Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting / filling with 8 to 12 ton capacity power road roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Minimum CBR value as per MORTH specified & IRC to be maintained).
Material and labour for 250 mm thick GSB granular sub base (compacted thickness) as per Grade - I as specified in Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013, laid in two layers of 125mm each over compected subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for acheiving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications. NOTE:- Two layers of 125mm thick each of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.
Material and labour for wet mix macadam (WMM) of 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in three layers ( each layer 75mm thick) compacted separetely with coarse aggregates of grading as per MORTH specifications & IRC. Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant. Material comprising of clean crushed gradded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratury roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications of Road and Bridge works 2013. NOTE:- Three layers of 75mm thick each of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit.
M&L for Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP 419:2014 having 7 days average compressive strength not less than 10Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of the maximum dry density, necessary finishing etc, complete all as specified and tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works, 2013.
M&L for supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (virgin quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/sqm over DLC as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at traverse joints as minimum 300 mm complete all as specified. Note :- The ratefor laps shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and no extra amount is admissible on account of laps.
S&F for TMT steel bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 200mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) work in pavement of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 40 kg/sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregate of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg cement per cubic meter with non circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12 to 18mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable alkali resistant with equivalent dia 15- 40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 degree C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa, spread and compacted with paver of width including cutting and tining by texturing cum cutting machine, complete all as specified and as directed. Required texturing to be done as specified by Engineer in charge. Note :- The minimum cement content shall be 400 kg for design mix, if during design mix cement decreases then the minimum 400 kg of cement shall be maintained and if cement content increases nothing shall be paid extra up to 10 % increase of cement content as per minimum value.. (ii) Construction joint, dummy joints (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.
Brooming to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal while concrete is green by machenical means complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for forming 25mm thick expansion joints in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25mm thick compressible polythylene closed cell type filler board as specified thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant, Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and top 20mm filed with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the maskeing tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacture complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for forming Dummy/ Contraction joints with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vaccum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegatation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. M&L for Perparation of rigid surface, removing dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for hot thermo plastic (refletive) road marking paint as per table 800-3800-4 of MoRTH, applied in uniform thickness, marking lines/ strips on road with thermo plastic paint (tint as approved by GE) (99 by hot mixing method as per specifications heating with gas to achieve minimum uniform thickness 2.0mm using paint material @ 650 gm/sqm and glass beads @ 250g/Sqm. MoRTH specificatons 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work and sutiable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by GE. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light junction box insulated and made out of environment friendly, recyclable, UV resistant, halogen & silicon free, polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced of size should not be less than 205mm x 255m x 112mm. The box shall be rated for Degree of Ingress Protection IP 66/67 including all fixing material as required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- In case of any damage to the existing infrastructure due to lackadaisical digging or while execution of the work, the repair / ractification of the damaged caused shall be executed by the contractor & the contractor shall be liable to bear the cost without any additional charges to the department.
