Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 Ton capacity Split Type Inverter Air Conditioner of approved make suitable for operation on 230V, single phase, 50 Hz AC supply, BEE 5 Star Rating with Heating & Cooling complete with the following: 1. Indoor unit (wall mounted) with evaporator coil, cross flow fan, air filters, digital display panel and remote control. 2. Outdoor unit comprising hermetically sealed inverter compressor, air cooled condenser coil, axial fan, and weatherproof housing. 3. Copper refrigerant piping (insulated) between indoor and outdoor units with proper flaring, insulation and clamping. 4. Drain pipe for condensate water disposal. 5. Interconnecting power and control cable between indoor and outdoor unit. 6. Wall mounting bracket / stand for outdoor unit made of MS with anti-rust coating. 7. Necessary fittings, clamps, sleeves and supports. 8. Refrigerant gas charging as required. 9. Remote control unit with batteries. The work shall include complete installation, vacuuming, gas charging (if required), testing, trial run and commissioning of the air conditioner to ensure proper functioning.

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of drainage piping of diameter 20 mm & made up of Flexible PVC/UPVC for split air-conditioner indoor unit condensate discharge, including all required accessories (bends, elbows, unions, hangers/clamps, fasteners), making good of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) The drainage piping shall collect condensed water from the indoor AC unit and discharge it externally or to a designated drain location efficiently, without leakage or backflow continuous slope with no standing water, proper supports, and sealed joints (2) Pipes shall be routed neatly from the indoor AC drain outlet to the termination point with minimum bends and correct slope. (3) Supports/hangers spaced at regular intervals to prevent sagging. (4) Termination to a drain, wall outlet, floor trap or approved disposal point (5) Making good of wall/floor after chasing.
