(Note:Bela stone blocks shall be made avaiable after dismantling existing bela stone wall removal of maotar and dismantling will be paid separately )

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Demolishing brick work / Bela stone masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar.

Removing mortar from and cleaning stones including stacking within a lead of 50 m (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured):In cement mortar

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Shifting/relocating of existing Car/Scooter shed near Sub station by dismembering/dismantling AC sheeting, steel trusses, steel purlins, steel columns etc and re installing the same as before, at appropriate location within airport premises as decided/approved including dismembering, rebolting/refixing, re-erection, loading, unloading, transporting etc complete as directed by EIC. (Note:foundation/pedestal and foundation bolts will be paid separately. Approximate size of shed is 42 mtr x 5 mtr and weight is approx 2400 kgs)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Deduct for taking away of TMT Bars/steel angles/barbed wire like received from dismantling. The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed / measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer-in-charge or his authorised representative all complete.
