Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil,ordinary rock , hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification ,2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of materials up to any leads and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shorting and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material tools machinery, tools equipment and safety measure necessary to complete the work within all leadss and lifts.Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the Contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 and 1203(1:4:8) (One Cement four sand eight graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetre)nominal size.The minimum cement contents should not be less than 170 Kg. (One hundred seventy kilogram per cuibic including cost of form work and curing complete including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete, for plain reinforced concrete in open foundations for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10(M-Ten)(Nominal mixed 1:3:6)(One Cement three approved sand six graded crushed stone aggregate)20mm(Twenty millimetre )nominal size with minimum cement content 250 Kg(Two hundred fifty kilograme )Per cubic metre on ground or under water and curing complete concrete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawing and M.O.R.D technical specification,2014 Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 including carriage of materials, within all leads , lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.The rate includes octroi, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying 900mm dia( Nine hundred millimetre)reinforced cement concrete light non pressure pipe I.S.Class pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row, including fixing collars, with cement mortar 1:2(One Cement two sand )but excluding the cost of excavation backfilling , concrete layout clause 1108 M.O.R.D Technical specification including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 802 ,803,1202 and 1203 grade M20 Nominal mix (1:2:4(One cement two sand four graded stone aggregate).with minimum cement content should not be less than 330Kg (Three hundred thirty kilograme)as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plainreinforced cement concrete pipe in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 Grade M15 nominakl mix 1:2:5:5 (One Cement two and half sand five graded stone aggregate, )minimum cement content should not be less than 275 kg. per cubic metre including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations in Retaining wall and like structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803 ,1202 and 1203.concrete 1:5:10(One Cement five sand ten graded stone aggregate, 40mm (Forty milimetre) without plum ).including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 of MORD specification,1200 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. Preparation of sub-grade by dressing to camber (Earth work) for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be measured and paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD, Specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD, specification including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading -1 (One)as per Technical Specification Clause 405. ( By Mechanical means) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.00 (Zero point seven zero to one point zero)Kilogramme per Square metre using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications Clause 502. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg. (Zero point two five to Zero point three zero)Kilogram per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydrauic broom as per Technical Specification Clause-503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)compacted thickness composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven ) per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) mixed with pentration grade paving bitumen V.G-30 (Viscosity grade-Thirty ) at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B by machanical means as per MORD technical specification 2014. clause 508 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax ,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality of any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C and as per Technical Specifications,2014 Clause 510 using Bitumen (S-90 ) by Mechanical means including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rates includes octroi,royality ,Malkana toll tax ,goods and serivice tax,building and other construction workers, welfare cess royality or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the Contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
