Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all lifts and lead up to 1000 metres etc complete

Reworking the scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing the base materials with sand and compacting finished surface etc complete.

Providing, laying,speading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam specification confirming MoRT&H speciication (4th revision) to n uniform thickness of 100mm compacted to 75mm and packing the voids with small stones and hand packing the same to proper camber Including conveying spreading of crushed stone screening 2.36mm

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rat oe 0.60 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as epr clasue 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rat oe 40 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as epr clasue 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works.

Providing and laying SDBC with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading.premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penitration grade bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrosatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and allignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandom rollers

Providing compacted granular materials by usuing moorum in shoulders including cost,conveyance and royalities of all materials, cost of all labours watering and rolling with P.R.R etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying & fixing in position RCC hume pipe 300 mm dia with collars jointed with cement mortar 1:3 complet including cost of hume pipe & collars etc complete and as per the direction of the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth Work in exavation of foundation in hard soil within initial leads of 50m & lifts of 1.5m including dressing and levelling of bed etc. and adding contractor's profit and over head charges, etc. complete in all respect
