Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm(Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete and binding all complete above plinth level TMT bar grade Fe-500D or more, as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate20 mm (Twenty milimetre)nominal size) as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) , as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for b earing of R.C.C. slabs and beams, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of whiting, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer of cera/ orient bell/ johnson/RAK), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (Twelve milimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Fixing standard steel glazed doos,windows and ventilator,s in walls with 16X3.15mm lugs 10cm.long embeded in cement concrete blocks 15X10X10 cm. size of 1:3:6(1 cement 3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clip,or with bolt and nut as required,including fixing of glass panes wih glazing clips and special metals sash putty of approved make,or metal beading with screws(only steel windows with lugs,glass punes cut to size and glazing clips or metal beading with screws,shall be supplied by department free of cost.), as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals .

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five milimetre) thick 2nd class kail wood panelled glazed or panelled and glaed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows i/c black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 125mm (One hundred twenty five milimetre) oxidized M.S. handles with necessary screws etc . including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidents.

Providing and fixing oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coats) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give and even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt dust and other foreign matter enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surfaces by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease dirt and other foreign matter sand paparing and knotting ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an any shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
