Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying/taking out of pipe lines etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm , in excavated soil

Removing excavated soil n exc 50M and depositing where directed at level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L for Cement concrete in sub floors,sub-bases,floors and pavings of cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4( using 40mm graded aggregate) of 150 mm thickness including necessary form work etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting existing CI pipe in position for insertions of CI specials of the following sizes.:-(Note : CI special and jointing shall be measured separately)

(a) 80mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150mm bore

(d) 200mm bore

(e) 250mm bore

(f)300mm bore

Taking up the GI pipe line and connections from the trench/floor and cleaning, removing the block, relaying/refixing the same position of the following sizes:- Note: (i) Necessary GI fittings such as bend, elbow etc shall deemed to be include the rate quoted for the item.

Taking out the unserviceable CI pipes including fittings from the trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the following size all as specified and as directed. (ii) Recovery will be made at the rates indicated under SCH of Credit for unserviceable CI pipes. (iii) Unserviceable pipes shall be removed from site of work after deducting amount towards sch of credit.

M & L for repairs to valve chamber by means of scraping the existing plaster (internal and external) completely and replaster in CM 1:4, 15mm thick , 3 coats of white wash and welding of MS hinges and including one coat of synthetic enamel painting on MS sheet after preparation of the surface of the following size

Supply and fix Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of following sizes:- Make: Prayag/Zoloto

M&L for Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with flanged ends including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete of 150mm dia complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class B of 150mm dia, in any length laid in trenches/floor etc complete all as specified.Make: Electrosteel/TATA/Jindal etc

S & F CI specials Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged complete all as specified.

Supply and laying of DI pipes spigot and socket ends S/S class K-9 of 100mm dia in any length laid in trenches including all fittings and tyton joints complete all as specified. Make: Electrosteel/TATA/Jindal etc

M&L for arresting pipe line Leakage made of Aluminium Foil Tape/Waterproof Adhesive Tape Sealing Butyl Rubber Tape for Surface Crack, Pipe Rupture (5cm width of tape).complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC Heavy duty suction hose pipe of 50mm dia in any length laid in trenches including all fittings and Connectors complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC Heavy duty suction hose pipe of 65mm dia in any length laid in trenches including all fittings and Connectors complete all as specified.

Supply and fix PVC Heavy duty suction hose pipe of 80mm dia in any length laid in trenches including all fittings and Connectors complete all as specified.
