Providing and casting in situ reinforced cement concrete of 1 : 1 1/2: 3 grade using stone of maximum size of 20 mm including formwork, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items as per drawings and specifications. (Rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of form work).

Providing, casting, finishing, curing, hoisting and placing in position of various thicknesses of pre cast slabs in various sizes in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 mm stone aggregates of various sizes and patterns excluding cost of reinforcement but including formwork all complete as per specifications and drawings. (Reinforcement steel will be measured and paid under relevant item.)

Providing sand faced plaster 20 mm thick laid in two coats, base coat 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:3 to external surfaces including adding water proofing compound at 3 % by weight of cement used in base coat, making grooves, pattas, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete as per drawings and specifications .

Providing cement plaster for the ceiling of roof slab with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with smooth even finish including hacking and preparing the surface, scaffolding, finishing, curing all complete as per specification and drawings.

Providing at all elevation internal cement plaster 12 mm thick over brick wall / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:5 rubbed to perfectly smooth and even finish including scaffolding, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed at all heights.

Providing at all elevation external cement plaster 20 mm thick over brick wall/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, rubbed to perfectly smooth and even finish including scaffolding, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed at all height.

Providing and laying 20 mm (±) 5mm thick natural stone (Kotah stone) flooring and dadoing over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 laid and painted with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the stone including curing, rubbing, polishing, etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position Anti skid Ceramic tiles of 12"x12" or of approved size of Johnson and Johnson / Kajaria /Somany / NITCO / Varmora / CERA / ICON make of approved shade and thickness ( 6 mm to 8 mm as specified by Manufacturer) confirming to IS: 13755 with all specials such as corner, half tiles etc. in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick base layer, painting the joints neatly with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete for flooring including removing of broken tiles wherever required and making up the surface in level with adjacent tiles.Base rate of tiles considered is Rs. 34/- per SqFt.

Providing and fixing in position Ceramic tiles of 12"x12" / 12" x 8" / 12" x 6" of Johnson and Johnson / Kajaria /Somany / NITCO / Varmora / CERA / ICON make of approved shade and thickness ( 5 mm to 6 mm ) with all specials such as corner, half tiles etc. in cement mortar 1:3, 12 mm thick base layer, painting the joints neatly with white cement, etc. complete for dado, skirting etc. including removing of broken tiles wherever required and making up the surface in level with adjacent tiles. Base rate of tiles considered is Rs. 34/- per SqFt.

Providing and fixing in position Anti skid Ceramic tiles of 12"x12" or of approved size of Johnson and Johnson / Kajaria /Somany / NITCO / Varmora / CERA / ICON make of approved shade and thickness ( 6mm to 8 mm as specified by Manufacturer) confirming to IS: 13755 with all specials such as corner, half tiles etc. with tile fixing solution of Dr. Fixit favimate XL of Pidilite/ similar product of FOSROC/SIKA/Choksey approved make base layer thickness as specified by manufacturer, keeping 2mm joints between two tiles same to be filled by Roff RTM of PIDILITE or compatible compound from Choksey Chemical or Fosroc after 24 hrs of laying and finished to line, level and slope as required, curing, cutting of tiles, cleaning with the help of Roff Ceraclean etc. complete for flooring work all as per manufacturer's specifications and as approved by Engineer including removing of broken tiles wherever required and making up the surface in level with adjacent tiles. Base rate of tiles considered is Rs. 34/- per SqFt.

Providing and fixing in position premimum quality soluble salt VITRIFIED tiles of 24" x 24" from Johnson and Johnson / Kajaria /Somany / NITCO / Varmora / CERA / ICON make of approved colour with 8 mm (±0.5mm) as specified by Manufacturer, confirming to IS: 13755 with all specials such as corner, half tiles etc. in cement mortar 1:4, 20 mm thick base layer, painting the joints neatly with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete for flooring including removing of broken tiles wherever required. Base rate of tiles considered is Rs. 35/- per SqFt.

Providing and fixing in position premimum quality soluble salt vitrified tiles of 24" x 24" from Johnson and Johnson / Kajaria /Somany / NITCO / Varmora / CERA / ICON make of approved colour with 8 mm (±0.5mm) thickness as specified by Manufacturer, confirming to IS: 13755 with all specials such as corner, half tiles etc.over existing floor using tile on tile solution from Pidilite or brand apporved by EIC , painting the joints neatly with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete for flooring including removing of broken tiles wherever required and making up the surface in level with adjacent tiles. Base rate of tiles considered is Rs. 35/- per SqFt.

Replacing existing Indian water proofing of roof with Two coats of Single component Acrylic Polymer cement base composite membrane "HYDRO PROOF"/Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB over a coat of primer of same material as per following procedure. 1. Removing existing damaged plaster from top of Indian water proofing by chiseling and crow bar, no hammering is permitted for removing. 2. Area shall be thoroughly cleaned with wire brush or suitable mechanical means to remove dust, latent, debris, any foreign material which will affect the adhesion of primer coat with concrete or parent surface. 3. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete or mortar must be removed up to sound substrate and repaired with 1:3 CM with suitable water proofing admixture from Pidilite / Fosroc/Choksey/Sika to ensure proper bond. 4. Material removed shall be deposited to the low lying area within township as shown by Engineer. 5. Area shall be sufficiently made wet before application of primer coat. 6. Primer coat in slurry form shall generally be applied in the proportion of one part of Hydro proof of FOSROC /Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB of PIDILITE or Similar product from Choksey/ Sika in Two parts of water and 4 part of cement. (1:2:4 – Admixture : Water : Cement). 6. Top two coats in slurry form generally in proportion of 1 part of Hydro proof/ Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB and 2 part of cement (Note: Slurry shall be prepared with low duty low speed drilling machine attached with mixing paddle up to 2 minutes only, water at any time shall not be mixed, material prepared shall be consumed within half an hour, occasionally stirring shall be done to maintain consistency.) 7. Time in between two coats shall be 6 hours. 8. Final coat shall be initially air cured for 2 to 6 hours as directed by engineer and then it shall be moist cured for at least 24 hours, curing shall be in the form of sprinkling (soft) to avoid any mechanical damage. 9. Surface prepared shall not be subjected to any traffic for 48 hours after curing ensure no damage or rain during this period. 10. Any single coat shall not have thickness more than 2 mm. Note: All work shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer. Item include labour, material, tools, tackles, transportation, lift etc. complete.

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement of any brand but ISI marked in all RCC works, providing spacer blocks in CM 1:2 including binding wires etc. complete. Rate for TMT re-bars other than TATA/SAIL/JSW any brands but conforming to IS:1786

Providing, fabricating and erection / fixing of M.S. gate, M.S. Grill, Trusses, rafters, posts, purlins and M.S. angles, M.S. channels, ISMB, Tees, pipes, Square bars (solid or hollow) of any brand but ISI marked, foundation bolts including fixing the position in concrete / masonry including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel of asian paints apcolite brand of approved shade over a coat of compatible primer including cost of labour, materials, tools , scaffolding, etc. complete all as per directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 12 - 15 mm thick Granite stone polish on one side of approved shade including transportation fixing on the wall with 12mm thick base layer in cement mortar 1:3 with neat cement slurry completed as directed by Engineer in charge.

Moulding of granite to have smooth even surface including polishing with all necessary tools and tackles at all heights.

Supplying of Exterior emulsion paint and Primer (WT) of approved shade from Asian Paints make ACE / Berger make Walmasta / Nerolac Suraxa / ICI dulux promise and applying two coats of same paint over new / old sufaces over a coat of Primer including transportation, loading, unloading, preparation of surface to have a smooth even finish, sealing of cracks with white cement putty of approved brand ,minor repair, labour, scaffolding at all heights , shifting & replacing in position all types of furniture and other items, cleaning doors, windows, ventilations and washing the floor after completion of work etc. complete as approved. Payment will be made for actual painted surface and no extra factor will be considered for sand faced plaster / rough cast / pebble dash finish plaster.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make from ASIAN PAINTS - APCOLITE PREMIUM GLOSS ENAMEL / BERGER PAINTS - LUXOL Stain /NEROLAC- HI GLOSS SYNTHETIC ENEMAL and ICI DULUX Stain shade over the existing painted surface like wooden / steel / concrete / plastered / wire mesh / dustbin etc. including scaffolding, making good the damaged surfaces, minor repairs including sealing of cracks with Putty from PIDILITE/ASIAN/BERGER or approved, cleaning of dirt, removal of oil paint etc. wherever required preparation of surfaces including sand papering, cleaning, blowing of paint from fly proof mesh etc. complete for residential/public buildings including cost of all materials, labour, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint with one coat of primer of approved make from ASIAN PAINTS - APCOLITE PREMIUM GLOSS ENAMEL / BERGER PAINTS - LUXOL Stain /NEROLAC- HI GLOSS SYNTHETIC ENEMAL and ICI DULUX Stain shade over new surface like steel structre, doors, windows & frame etc. including scaffolding, making good the damaged surfaces, minor repairs including sealing of cracks with Putty from PIDILITE/ASIAN/BERGER or approved, cleaning of dirt etc. wherever required preparation of surfaces including sand papering, cleaning, etc. complete for residential/public buildings including cost of all materials, labour, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing and removing the damaged Plaster at all heights by chipping of the surface as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing and removing the RR masonry / brick work including plaster at all heights including necessary scaffolding ,disposing the waste material and depositing the serviceable bricks/ stones and other materials in section stores at Township all as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing RCC/concrete work in cement mortar including and stacking of serviceable materials and disposing of rubbish materials within a lead of 500 meters as directed.

Supply the following materials for utilizing in attending the complaints in Township as and when required by Civil Office.

Providing and applying single component of ready to use Smartcare Damp proof of Asian Paints for waterproofing on RCC Slab / Parapet walls / Plastered or RCC surfaces including crack filling if required complete the work as per manufacturer specifications or as directed by engineer in charge. Cost includes all required materials, tools and tackles, labour, scaffolding etc. NOTE:- Rate including transportation, loading, unloading at township department stores/site in pack. The material has to be supplied in lots only as per EIC instructions. Bill / Challan copy has to be submitted to department for verification and retension. Material entry has to be got verified at Township security gate.

Applying one coat of primer at any height on internal wall of Berger / Asian / Nerolac / ICI/ Nitco / Alltek all as approved by Engineer.
