Day-to-day Electrical Maintenance of all types of Internal and External Electrical Installations along with routine Pump Operation and Maintenance including Maintenance Works of 11kV Sub-Station at Kasba SAP 4th BN for FY 2026-2027. (1st Call)

Electrical (maintenance works) and operation of pump- motor sets. Note:All the item of SOR of PWD Electrical works w.e.f 01.11.2017 including up to date addenda , corrigenda and the approved non schedule item of works (including 18% GST & 1% labour cess) ( The work shall continue of the entire contract period as per the requirement & as directed by the Engineer in charge .The payment of the executed work shall be made on the basis of - (A) PWD schedule of rates (B) As per the ANNEXURE - 2023/2 for non-schedule items (C) List of rates proposed by PWD (Sub Committee) on 27/02/2026 for different electrical works.)

Day-to-day Operation of Pump Motor Sets & Day-to-day Electrical Maintenance & Emergent Repair: Supply of manpower for operation of pump motor sets and controlling valves in water supply line to provide uniterrupted water supply with minor electromechanical works, and Repair , Maintenance of electrical installation as and when required for a period of 274 days (as per direction of EIC.A) Kasba SAP 4th Battalion Campus including 11 KV Sub-Station. Electrician Cum Pump Operators ( Skilled) :- A) Kasba SAP 4th Battalion Campus Shift Duration :- (i) 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM => 1 no. Electrician-Cum-Pump Operators (Skilled) for Day Shift Therefore, Operation Shift = (1x274x1 ) = 274 ** { Shift x Days x Man Power} (ii) 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM => 1 no. Electrician-Cum-Pump Operator (Skilled) for Evening Shift Therefore, Operation Shift = (1x274x1 ) = 274 ** { Shift x Days x Man Power} Total = (274 + 274) = 548 Shifts are to be provided by the agency ( Minimum tools and tackles should be provided by the agency.} ( RATES ARE INCLUDING 10 % AGENCY PROFIT ,18% GST & 1% LABOUR CESS) Basic rate is taken from Office of the Labour Commissioner,WB Dated 16/07/2024.
