Demolition brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors or above and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 03 above, but except brick.

M&L for walling of random rubble, un coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, including bond stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) as in boundary wall, wall, drain, manhole, etc finished surfaces even and smooth complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall up to brick work or plaster surface by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including necessary welding, drilling hole complete.

Dismantling of framed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of black Japan paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of black Japan paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description including preparation of steel surfaces complete.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to drain, holdfast, padding to roof/chhajja, coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work and demolition of existing old cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15 cm thick in ground floor and paving below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage pipe line 100mm /150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole cover of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine/ manually as required at site from manhole and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge and disposal out of defense land, re fixing the manhole cover in original position complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud /sludge and getting out, washin thoroughly grating of trap, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n exc 50 mtr from the WC excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes any depth any size taking out accumulated, soil, sludge any material including both ends and removal to MD lands and manhole cover re fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Sucking out sewage water through sewage tanker from the man hole/septic tank/soakage well in different location and disposal (5000 ltr capacity) of out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter depth for foundation, manhole etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 metre in depth including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimeter in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or reinforced concrete) 150mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm Salt glazed stoneware drain pipes, grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed

M&L for in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipe pressure 4kgf/cm2 single socketed in any length with rubber ring, as in weep holes in stone or brick masonary complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured pre polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile of size 30 cm x 30 cm and 20 to 22 mm thick with spacers 3mm set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles/ PCC complete all as specified and directed. Make: NTC/Tulip.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment including dismantling of existing PCC / tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment including dismantling of existing PCC/tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing’s and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire any size or type as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 cmm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, concrete of fencing post, etc complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as post and strut in fencing including cutting tops/bottom to shape as per site requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge, drilling holes, notching for wire etc Flat iron strip for securing fencing with angle iron post etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15cm but not.exc 22.5 cm long, diameter of neck n exc12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L heavy duty endura ceramic coloured tiles 8-10 mm thick dark shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
